You don't need to read the description to know it's a Fife. His boats stand out like the proverbial dogs nuts. What a beautiful boat, such nice line and they go pretty quick as well
This fine yacht looks very much like "Rona" from New Zealand, built by Robert Logan and designed by G. L. Watson of Scotland. Rona is 50'8" LOA and 30' LOL, so larger, but with the same six-beam, or six times the length/beam.
Music is sooo bad. Why have music on a sailing video? The sounds of sailing are so great, water and wind. Think about it, why do these sailboats not have radio, TV and boom boxes?
What struck me was that between the design of the boat and the sail plan there was no room of humans. The crew was perpetually either clinging on or balancing for dear life. No human consideration went into this boat. pure race, no human. Better to set up remote control and sail it from the shore.
