This is gorgeous! Your vid popped up in my recommended feed as I have been watching lots of vids on this style! I'm now going to go back to your first vid and video binge!!! Can't wait to see more from you!!
+Renee Jordan That's fabulous! Thanks so much Renee. Your feedback today on my videos has been very uplifting and I really appreciate it! I have a STUNNING Pink and Purple one I will upload soon. :-)
I learned a new technique today. Thank you for sharing
OMYGOODNESS!! this looks awesome & I bet tastes divine!!? 😱😛 It's nice to see cakes decorated without flowers (.although I do love them🌸) as not everyone can make them well ( me being one of them ). I stumbled upon your channel & am so glad I did! 🎂.... From a glance your cakes look suitable for males as well which is great because there's more feminine types of cakes on UTube. With Fathers Day on Sunday here in Australia it was good timing I found you, and I'm going to sit back & watch all your cakes I've missed!
Thank you for all your hard work & for sharing your know how & creativity. 👍🏻😊👏
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback Adele...and from a fellow Aussie...welcome! :-)
+Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen really? Oh wow! An Aussie too! I didn't know?
Thanks for your nice welcome😊 I'm really enjoying your channel, you do an excellent job👍🏻🎂

Its a treat to watch!! 6:35 mouth watering moment for me..
I am so pleased you enjoyed it :-)
I liked this cake so much that I decided to make one like it for my husband's birthday. And it turned out really nice but not as good as yours. But, the flavours were awesome and not that sweet being caramel. Thank you for sharing this beautiful cake with us. I'll post it on my channel for you to see it.
Best best best💖❤️
I my gosh! Looks gorgeous and frightenly delicious.

+Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen , can I ask do I use single cream to make the topping? Cheers
+Paula Burr I use thickened/double cream :-)
+Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen Thank you for getting back to me :-)
This looks so yummy I have 6" 2 inch deep round pans. How many layers would you puffer. I want to make this cake for my girlfriends birthday in May . I make the Italian meringue buttercream frosting. Never made Swiss frosting before. Is it easy to make. What's the difference between the 2 frosting? Thank you
The number of layers is up to you. You will need at least 4 if you want it to look tall. You can watch some of my other videos to see how to make the frosting and the difference :-)
Just delicious my goodness
Thank you!
Your welcome! Show more please 😊
Great video. Can't wait to try the drippy cake. Plz do upload more videos.
+Naheed Qazi Thank you...I am so glad you enjoyed it! We have lots more to come :-) Thank you for watching.

Can I add simply syrup to the cakes?
Thank you! Yes, you can add Simple Syrup.
Thank you!!
Thank you for detailed video. I'm going to try it.

Wowwwww I cannot wait to try this out!!! Looks manageable to make and beautiful

+Nadin White I'm thrilled to hear that!!! I really enjoy sharing and love it when people send me photos of their creations. Thank you for watching :-)
Very nice cake!
Thanks :-)
Is thickened cream the same as heavy cream or is whipped cream? :) This looks amazing!
Thanks Aroha! Yes, thickened cream is the same as Heavy or Whipping Cream. Thanks for watching :-)
Genius. Thank you, I've learned something from you.
Fabulous!
Absolutely gorgeous.... so are you using just 2 5" cakes because i see 5 layers ...Sorry i missed something
:(
I always have 5" cakes on hand in the freezer. They are a staple in my kitchen. When stacking, if I think I need more I;ll reach for another one or if I use less, I will freeze the remaining layers for later use. Nothing worse than getting caught out! :-)
👏👏👏good job beautiful just beautiful
Thank you :-)
Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen your welcome 👍u did a wonderful job really good
Hi for the dripping sauce can you suggest if we need to measure the cream before or after heating ......... as it's mentioned in ml the consistency of the cream hanged once heated and so there can be more cream poured in a 100 ml mark than a cream that's a lil thicker ....correct me if I am wrong
Rohan Agnani I don’t worry about any of that. I measure before heating.
Do you think it's OK to have one layer of caramel mud cake and the other layer chocolate or vanilla cake do you think white chocolate ganache or dark chocolate ganache thank you so much for helping
I think the different layers sounds absolutely delicious! You can also use more than one ganache if you like. There are no rules. Just go with whatever you like in terms of taste and flavor. Maybe you can do one layer of white ganache and one layer of dark ganache. It's a great way of using any left over ganache you may have on the freezer ;-)
Thank you so. Much for your help
OH WOW incredible...great video..
Sally Allen thank you! :-)
This looks ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! How long did it take for you to make this? This is really inspiring me to try my shot at a drip cake :)
+Haley Ivers Hi Hayley. That's fabulous! I am so pleased to hear it :-) Once all your ingredients are assembled in front of you, if you haven't done something like this before, allow a couple of hours at least. The icing can be made ahead of time and refrigerated till you are ready to assemble. Just bring it back to room temp and and beat again till smooth and GO FOR IT! I would really love to see a pic if you decide to give it a go :-)
Hello, I wanted to make this cake for my boyfriends birthday.
He loves chocolate and caramel and I think the decoration is gorgeous, so it inspired me to do a similar one.
But I also like the full ganache look.
Would I be able to cover the whole cake with ganache, and maybe drip over it with white chocolate/ganache?
Is it possible to put ganache over ganache?
Thank you for the awesome videos!
+dream Yes, you can definitely make a full Ganache cake and drip Ganache over Ganache. Good luck and please feel free to post a pic on my Facebook page. Thanks for watching :-)
Wow, thank you so much for replying so quickly! and that's great, I am so happy to know my idea will work. :)
I don't usually do this, but I will definitely post a picture!
It might have to wait a little bit though because his birthday is all the way at the end of June.
Thank you again! I hope to keep seeing more and more of your videos in the future.
Your channel is very inspirational!
+dream You're welcome! :-)

+Beth Gates WOW! Thanks so much for the lovely feedback Beth. Glad to have you on board...more great videos to come :-)
+Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen You are SO welcome!!! Enjoying the many to catch up!!! My gosh you are amazing!!! Do you own a bakery?
+Beth Gates No bakery....I wish! It's a self-taught hobby that I really love and it brings a lot of enjoyment. I just bake for family and friends :-)
+Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen Myself as well. Bit of a different story lol. I have an illness where my stomach and intestines are all paralyzed, so I am unable to eat, so I get all my nutrition via IV. but I LOVE to bake for family and friend 💜. Im the one who can't show up without the desert lol. Not on your level by ANY means though 😍😍😍😍
+Beth Gates You have a great positive attitude Beth and I have no doubt you could easily replicate any of the recipes on my channel! :-)
Awesome video!
How do you refrigerate a frosted cake without it drying out? Is it possible I could make, frost and decorate the cake the night before to bring out the next morning? Or do I have to frost the cake the morning I am giving it away?
Thanks!
+2011Chocaholics You can definitely make the cake the day before, in fact it is what I always do. As long as your cake is frosted really well and there are no gaps where cake is showing, you should be ok with the cake not drying out. The frosting/buttercream will seal the cake. Thanks for watching :-)
Lovely cake! How tall is your cake scraper and where did you buy it from?
It's around 6" tall. I got it from my local $2 shop.
This is my first video from you and i leave you a sub. Because i love the style your video is made. I won't see the people, who stand in the kitchen. So, thank you for your work and the great video :-D
+Lenore1203 Thank you so much for your feedback and welcome! :-)
Certo obrigada😍😍
Você é bem vindo :-)
Thanks If I use 4 tear that would be like 8 inches tall. My pans are 6X2 I could probably get away with three tier 6 inches tall. Would you think that be OK. I can make more and play around I'm doing a trail cake anyway on May 6th
3 layers would give you a good height because there is also buttercream between the layers which will lift it even more. Extra height seems to be quite on trend at the moment but it's a personal choice. :-)
Can I have the recipe of your chocolate cake that you used here? Looks so good! Thanks in advance :-)
I have a great scratch chocolate cake recipe that work reakky well for a loaded drip cake ruclips.net/video/wE_AA_9Lq0o/видео.html
that looks beautiful
+maz khatun Thank you!
hi there! great videos! any recipe for a caramel drip, or Biscoff? please x
Sure! You can use my caramel sauce ruclips.net/video/KuMNdU2WYJM/видео.html don't use it when it's hot, let cool to warm...it will thicken as it cools. Good luck :-)
I have one more question. So you used a 6" board on top of your cake while frosting. If I use my 6" round cake would I use a 7" round board on top. I have never seen a 7" board. I no you can buy 6, 8, 10 or 12 inch boards. Thanks
You can use a 6" board and trim the cake sides slightly to form a gap. You can see this technique in some of my other videos :-)
Could you give a recipe for the butter icings please?👍
Sure. The icing I used is this one ruclips.net/video/lAYzJeYh-8o/видео.html
Hi - I was wondering if you had a recipe for the pudding filling that doesn’t use the Cottees? We can’t do those artificial colours :(
Unfortunately I don't have a scratch recipe at this stage. You can also use a vanilla cheesecake insert in the same way I used the Toblerone Cheesecake layers for this cake ruclips.net/video/nNQkc4ggBQ4/видео.html
Thanks!
muito lindo
Obrigado :-)
Gostaria que vc colocasse em Português obrigado 😘😍
Sinto muito, mas eu não posso falar português. Eu uso o Google Translate para me ajudar. Todas as receitas são listados abaixo do vídeo. Traduz Google pode ajudá-lo também :-)
this is amazing !!!! do u think it will be alright i use food colouring in pink for the cream ???
+Tia Mania Thank you! I think pink would look fabulous!
thank you so much
+Tanjina Iqram You're welcome :-)
Just wanted to ask a question if I'm doing a caramel mud cake whats the best filling for it.. Thank you
You can use anything you enjoy. Whipped Caramel Ganache or Whipped Chocolate Ganache for a lighter texture or just regular Ganache.
Thanks for the board trick
+lateefajohnson61 You're welcome! Thanks for watching :-)
I was wondering why you put frosting on your small cake board... it wasn't until you put it on top of the cake that I realize you were using it as a guide. Clever stuff.
Thanks Karen! It's a great technique for getting straight sides. Thanks for watching :-)
lovely. .perfect cake..do you have the recipe gor the cske uou are using? ?? Thanks
+sofia anto Thank you. I will be uploading some "from scratch" videos soon. I often use Packet mixes as well, especially if it is a good quality one :-)
Ok..then I will be waiting. .xoxo thanks
Wow
Thanks!
I love this, but I would like to make the frosting pink. I guess if I colour the caramel frosting with red it will turn out more brown? 😐
Must I add thickened cream to the chocolate buttons? Would melted chocolate work as well?
+Diana Siu Melted chocolate would be fine but it can't be poured on hot as it will melt the buttercream. Let it cool to warm and you should be ok :-)
Wow, beautiful
+Mandeep Minhas Thank you! :-)
Beautiful, what number piping tip did you use? :)
The tip is #1B. 1M will also work. Thanks for watching :-)
Are chocolate buttons and candy melts the same thing?
Luisa Fierro yes the are. You could also use a chocolate you enjoy eating.
Hi, have you got a chocolate swiss meringue butter cream recipe, please? I don't know if it's a matter if just adding cooled, melted chocolate, to SWBC recipe. Thanks
I don't have one on the Channel but yes, just add cooled melted chocolate. I do have a fabulous Condensed Milk one which is a LOT easier to make and extremely luscious and smooth! ruclips.net/video/eojt1ciqDUo/видео.html
Fantastic you make this look so easy. Never made a cake in my life. Might try one now. 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🍺🍺🍺💪💪💪

how do u make a caramel drip instead of chocolate
You can use white chocolate instead of dark and add a couple of tablespoons of Dulce de leche or Nestle Top 'n' Fill :-)
i want this chocolate cake recipe plz
You can find my chocolate cake recipe at this link: ruclips.net/video/wE_AA_9Lq0o/видео.html :-)
thanks alot :)
Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen what size f this cake?
*of
The cakes are 5" :-)
What brand cake tins did you use if your cake is 5” and you used a 6” board. I use the Cecil tins and don’t need to go an inch up. If I bake a 6” I use 6” board and ganache lids. Hope that makes sense LOL .
Makes perfect sense :-)
It's so beautiful I'd never wanna eat it 😂😂
Ohhh too sweet! :-)
how did you make the chocolate sauce?
Recipe and procedure for chocolate sauce is at 4.22 in the video ;-)
+Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen oh i didn't pay atention. Thanks. Your channel is awesome.
Ok
Wow Very Very Nice Beautiful Love You ❤️♥️❤️
Thank you!
2 x 5" cakes - your chocolate cake recipe uses 2 x 7" - how long to cook the 5" tins please?
You can use any size cake you like and the process will be the same. If you would like to make 5" cakes, subtract 5 minutes off cooking time and check regularly at the end
Is it that easy! Goodness you learn something new every day. Many thanks for replying😁
Can somebody help me out, is it okay to do it in a 9'' cake pan? I know its gonna look a little flat but is it still gonna look good?
It will still look lovely! To correct the proportion, you may want to add two more layers to the height :-)
Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen thank you so much for the quick answer! 💙
doesnt the buttercream melt?
It won't melt if you let the drip cool to room temp before using. Don't use it when it's hot. Also, drip over a chilled cake. Thanks for watching :-)
Please let me know how much kg it's this cake
where is the full recipe for the whole thing please
There are links in the description for recipes for the frosting, vanilla cream filling and chocolate cake :-)
There is no link of the recipe :)
This particular video is about the process rather than the recipes. If you look in the description box, you will see links to recipes you can use for some of the components :-)
