No, Ant-Man and the Wasp were founding members of The Avengers. The Yellow Jacket was a later iteration of Hank Pym. First he was Ant-Man, then Giant Man then The Yellow Jacket. With the last one he finally got wings and could fly on his own, not dependent on ants, the Wasp or anyone else.

Spider-Man does not turn into a spider, Iron Man does not turn into iron so why would you think Ant Man turns into an ant? This is not a DC comic from the 60s.
I don't think that's what she meant. She's talking about working with them. Just like AntMan works with ants and IronMan works with Iron (atleast at the beginning) if SpiderMan worked with Spiders we'd never be able to watch the movie 💀
