New Caracal STS (Test Drive & Review)

I have a eyra absolutely love it! I’m liking the caracal a lot but would stay away from the slam latches if you could get regular latches it would be better!

Yeah man… the initial slam latches got a bad rap but I believe they now got the issues resolved for the most part with the newer batches.

Agree, it would be unbelievable with either of those, especially the 300r 💨. I’m sure it’ll be for sale at some dealerships eventually. But yes, it’s a demo boat. Thanks for watching!

Great video I’m between bass cat and vexus. I like speed but I need a boat that can handle big water. How has your boat run in 3-4ft waves?

Thanks! Basscat’s are really good big water boats. I like their wider decks boats such as the Lynx, Caracal and Puma STS. I’ve also heard great things about Vexus boats as well but haven’t test driven one yet.
My Caracal handles well in big waves and it’s slightly less than 20 feet long.

How much leg room do you have under the console.

I’m 6ft and had plenty of room under the console. Only recommendation would be to adjust the hot foot pedal to fit your needs if necessary.
