I practise intermittent fasting dry, I meditate, do breathing exercises. I do cardio and exercise and run, I eat healthy (healthy meals and healthy snacks. ). I go to physical therapy,get massages, go to chiropractor. I do outdoor activities (exercise outside as well), i love video games, anime, cartoons, films, tv series shows, comics, professional wrestling. I love music (but hate pop music).

Try a 3-day fast, I did it, day 3 is when everything happened, improved eyesight, aches and pains in the joints gone. Sign of inflammation reduction.
