Cyber Security is a cool sounding term used for all security fields. It comprises of all other security specializations.
Network Security is focused on network architecture/maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, etc. Net Sec will look for packets flowing in/out, network equipment vulnerability assessment and patching etc.
