The best roadmap is no roadmap. Everyone should take pointers from the video and make their own roadmap. For starters security+, eJPT or CEH are the best certifications, also an internship will make job hunting a bit easier. eJPT is cheaper.

private colleges can tend to screw you over, right now I sort of regret not getting a good jee score and private college sucks, they promised cybersec specialization at the start of the course (I also confirmed from the seniors) but turns out instead of keeping it in the 5th sem, they shifted to the 7th sem, i.e for the students who could not be placed in the 6th sem.
So if possible please do get some govt backed college like IIT, NIT, IIIT or any other similar ones if possible
