Destination ip yani mera public ip pe uska response packet kese ajata heee..... Matalb mera device tak ka route hee...server see..... To ham scan w nhi kar pate...... Ya ping , ya fping ko route q nhi milta..... Or kya phir bhi packet send ho gate hee... Ak public ip se dusre public ip ke device pe..... ??
