for the cutting mat I use adhesive spray to get the stickiness back… also, why not use the eco-solvent printer with glossy sticker paper instead of laminating?
I use both but I only could get the matte sticker vinyl from my local shop at the time.

Hello. The printer you printed from. Is it sublimation or regular ?
My printer is a Eco Solvent printer and I’m using eco solvent ink but it can be converted into sublimation too if I wanted it too. I plan on buying another one for sublimation only.
