I think Spider-Man could take homelander. I mean, other than having to watch out for his laser eyes, he's not really at a level where I could really see him beating Spider-Man without laser eyeing him. And I'm assuming Spider-Man Spidey sense and good agility allow him to dodge those laser eyes. So basically Homeland is only way of winning against Spider-Man is to laser iron which would be difficult due to Spider-Man spider sense making it easy for him to dodge

Cap does have superior combat training, but that doesn't really matter all that much if you're not strong enough to harm your opponent. Cap can't take a bullet to the head. He would die. Homelander survived a HYDROGEN BOMB explosion....when he was a CHILD. He is a grown up now, so his powers are even stronger now. Cap LITERALLY cannot hurt Homelander. Also, That Thanos punch knocked out Cap. Thanos wasn't even trying!! Rewatch the scene. Thanos didn't pivot his hips as he punched, it was all arm power, which means he didn't punch him with anywhere near his full strength.
