what specs is your pc?
What is the spec of your computer. Or is it a loptop?
Very nice. I've spoken to architects who do many renders a day this way, all they do is replace the 3D model. They've made a bunch of scenes to reflect the environment that they usually have projects for. Have you checked out the "select the reflection planes" when you edit the reflection effect? That'll make it even more precise. If the reflections don't exactly line up you can place a reflection orb (lights and utilities library), the orb is placed in the sky somewhere by default.
It's good to hear that designers are doing this - I feel like there's a lot of pressure to recreate the wheel for every single model, and I'm not really sure why - if you have a background that works and you don't have an ultra-specific location requirement, why not use what you have that already works! I'll have to check out the "Select the Reflection Planes" option - I didn't know about that - thanks!

Try as I might, (ive tried for about 4 hours different methods)
I cant get lumion to do whta I want.
What im trying to do is: create a window, split in to 4, each quadrant a different colour. make lumion shine light through transparent quadrants and cast light influenced by the colour of each quarter (ie to tint the light as it passes through each quadrant).
i simply cant work out how to do it, any clues justin?
Ive also been trying with sketchfab.com and cant manage it either.
Is it possible do you think?
my eventual goal is to create a stained glass window casting different colours onto a surface (ie the floor below).
