hello , i have a problem using lumion 8.5 , when i import an object or render anything after that the keayboard and mouse stop working till i clause the program and restart it again , how can i fix it please .
It looks very fake. You could do a better shop with photoshop. I think Lumion should stick to rendering and perfect this feature rather than introduce other mediocre features that don't work very well and let the quality down. h
I agree that it looks pretty bad. But if you only have 30 minutes to crwate an image its good enough. Also if you change your project you could probably do another image in 5 minutes. With a realistic render and photoshop you would need 2-10 hours and then do it again in 1-5 hours. And in the end you print it with a bad printer and you cant see the details that took you days of work.
@@lukasschallibaum5046 I understand but my comment was specific to NMD's work lately and not what you can do with Lumion. NMD has created some very realistic animations in the past with what is supposed to be older versions of Lumion. Lumion 10 should be better and more improved but all I'm saying is because he is putting out so much content, he isn't spending enough time to create quality scenes and renders. As of this comment, I just received a notification about a Modern Bedroom teaser so he is releasing videos on a daily basis.
A O I’m a little late to the commenting but, i agree that a more realistic image can be accomplished on photoshop instead of lumion. But i have found that the more detail and extra input that i add in lumion can take away hours of additional time spent in photoshop getting a scene to look photorealistic. As far as time management goes...replacing the ground plane and sky( from a render in lumion with no context) takes up the most time if you don’t save the material ID render from lumion to use in photoshop...especially if you’re rendering an image from within your complex model looking outward into the surrounding context. The material ID render can take just as long as the “realistic” render in lumion. So if i can save time on cropping lumion renders in photoshop by using a lumion feature that places it in context for me, then id say that’s a plus. To each their own though, there’s always a better way to do something. Just wanted to leave a friendly comment to the contrary.
Great stuff, thank you!
IS THERE VIDEO MATCHING YET or photomatching worsk on videos too?
Great feature but the thumbnail doesn’t reflect the scene in the video. A little misleading.
Best lumion tutorial so far👌👌👌

AK Good and Evil same problem occurs in Lumion 9 too. Hopefully they got it fixed in the 10.
Hi, how long it will take to render photorealistic 1-minute video clip with 30fps in 720dpi? Please reply
depends on effects, lighting, texture quality, etc. Also depends on your GPU.
i want lumion 10

It is mostly the user, not the software. The tutor was not skilled enough for the task, or was bored when creating this tutorial.
