Thank you very much! You made this really simple to understand.
Wow!!!! Amazing and simple technique yet so innovative! Thank you for sharing!
This is so awesome and exactly the look I am looking for on an upcoming cake! Thank you so much!
Kass thank you so much for this tutorial. I was going to buy a pricey tree bark mold, but seeing how easy it is to do this technique, I'll try my hand at creating a thick tree bark.
I'm going to wrap the 'tree bark' around the Wilton three-tiered treat/cupcake stand. The treat stand is hard plastic so I'll probably have to adhere the fondant tree bark with candy melts!!! The theme to my daughter's 3rd B-day is secret garden - this techique is PERFECTION, and soooooo EASY.
I love all of your videos and pericopes!! Your personality is pure sunshine!!
+elsa velazquez you are to awesome!!! Please let me know how it goes.

thedarkrose1978 you can use it on boards or your cakes :)
Thank you so much for making this!!!!! I was wondering if this technique would work with homemade marshmallow fondant instead of store bought fondant???
It should work with store bough
Amazing! Thanks you for shared this tutorialFabulous 👍🏻👏🏻 A wanna question ? I can use paper icing or rice paper?
Icing Images has a tutorial on their blog to do it with Icing Sheets. Rice paper might work, but I have not tried it :)
Wow, this is genious... I ask me, if the water doesn't solven the fondant? 🤔
it is a small amount so it doesn't soften the fondant
Hi from Canada. I am in love with this technique. Our wafer paper seems to be different, can you tell us where you source your wafer paper? Thanks
I have it linked in the description box :)

WOW
This technique is awesome! If I want to make pink weathered fondant, does the wafer paper have to come in pink or the fondant? Thank you!
pink fondant and I would use white wafer paper then dust it with pink petal dusts
Lindo!
This is so beautiful! Can this technique be used on the sides of a cake which will be kept in the fridge for a couple of days before my sister’s wedding? Don’t want to take chances without speaking to a master first!!!
yes it can :)
I was just looking for sugared sheet technique
Hope this helped

What's the music?
can u use moldeling choc to
yes you can
Well this was just genius. I would have never thought of that. Do you have an Instagram I can follow you on, too?
Hey!! Yes it is Cakes and Crafts by Kass on IG. The link is above if it helps.
Cakes & Crafts by Kass LOL I'm quite derpy sometimes. Forgive me 😂 I've watched a ton of your videos and I really dig your techniques. Going to follow your IG now xD
OMG! This is amazing! I have a question..did you paint with petal dust on the wafer paper and fondant while still wet or did you wait for it to dry? It looked like you cracked the wafer paper and dusted while wet. Thanks so much!
Hey! You don't use a ton of water so by the time I was done applying to the board it isn't really that wet. You don't want it to be freshly wet when you dust it. Dry to the touch will do ;) I used cocoa powder and black petal dust to color it Thanks so much for watching
thanks so much!
Will this work with wafer card?
I am not sure what wafer card is. If it is to think it may not work
Cakes & Crafts by Kass hi it is a thicker wafer paper. I did try it out and it worked.
Awesome!!!
I did it myself with the woodglut plans. I think this is the best way to find out how to build it.
