Today I'll be doing another review on a chinese gaming mouse called the VGN F1 Pro. It has a lot of promising features/specifications for its price making it probably one of the most interesting gaming mice I've checked in quite sometimes. From this review, I'll be covering every important aspect of the mouse to help you with your purchasing decision. And personally speaking, I highly recommend you guys to give the f1 lineup of mice a try! It is slightly too wide for my taste, but I could easily play at best with the f1 pro so i didn't find any huge noticeable issue. Overall, I really enjoyed my 2 weeks' time with the f1 pro, and I hope you guys would give it a try too! Cheers.

Yes, great detailed review. If it came out 5 days ago, I would have preordered it instead of the Razer DAV3. I was sceptical about the dpi deviation, I used the Viper V2 Pro and had the feeling that the sensor is not calibrated very well. I felt as if there is a deviation of about 5%, reference to a Pulsar X2. I ordered the DAV3 in the end because of button quality that are similar to V2 and I was very pleased with the tactility and responsivnes.

Solid review. I think I'll pick this up when it's available. I have the coolermaster mm731 which has scrolling issues and is rather back heavy.
I haven't used my mm731 in ages but yea the scrollwheel issue is obnoxious. I've also cut some plastic and modded the battery so the weight is more centralized, also gave it a new paint job.

Would the hyperx pulsefire haste 2 wired be better? cause without the wire, the differences are minimal right?

hey bro, can I use the pro max version on 1k polling or do I need the 4k dongle to use it?
U can use it with the normal included usb dongle for 1k, or the separate 4k dongle for 4k
Where did you get the grips and how many mm? I feel like i need one since the feels of the mice is small and skinny for me.

I'm using the Corsair Sabre RGB Pro wired. I'm happy with it, but I'm looking for the convenience of a wireless mouse. Do you think it is worth buying the F1 Pro model for me? Will it make a big difference? Corsair Sabre is kind of up-to-date mouse, but I'm undecided, what do you think?
Might be too big of a jump for you. The sabre is considered as a large mouse with it weighting at around 74grams, where the f1 pro is a medium sized mouse weighting at 47grams. Unless you are ready to fully commit to lightweight + smaller sized mouse then maybe it can be a good try. But if you have never used something that low of a weight and you like your experience with the sabre then I might recommend you something at the 55-65g weight mouse like the xlite v3 that will come out soon or even the Darmoshark m3 I just reviewed.
@@MERZS Thank you for your ideas. My hand size is almost the same as yours, so I am looking for a mouse that will feel comfortable and light. Yes, sabre is a heavy mouse next to these mouses, but I will try to get used to 47grams. I think I will be more comfortable. The weight of the sabre feels good, but 47grams will probably feel even better.

Roughly identical, maybe slightly smaller than the GPX
17cm x 9.5cm palm grip /relaxed any recommendations? Don't want to go ergo :( viper ultimate was slightly too big for me. Viper mini too small
Delux M800 is like a nice sweetspot between the Viper and Viper Mini. I have a 19x10.5cm hands and the Viper Mini was my main before I swap to Hati-S Plus, I also mainly use relaxed claw as my grip preference. I am also in the process of trying out the m800pro 3395 version to do a review on and so far its quite solid so it could be a good enough option for you.

Do you recommend darmoshark m3 or vgn dragonfly f1 pro?
It purely depends on ur handsize. Ihave a 19x10.5cm hands and I personally prefer the F1 Pro, I mainly uses relaxed claw
Between this and Darmoshark M3s what do you recommend?
Never tried the M3s so cant really comment on the shape as performance wise should be pretty similar between both mice
How long did it take to get it shipped and receive it after pre order ?

Hopefully im not too late on this, but performance wise I think you can say they are equal. Unless you look at the 1ms differents on non human benchmark I'd say they both performs quite well.
Value wise however f1 series really knock it out of the park compare to gpx. You can still get the gpx but I wont recommend getting it on MSRP, maybe buy a used unit or wait for sale

Is the VGN F1 Pro better than M3 ?? . In my country the VGN F1 Pro is 15$ more than the M3 . What do u thik about their difference ? Is there any huge difference between them ??
The only noticeable difference between the F1 Pro and M3 objectively is 4k hz compatibility on F1 pro, aside from that it is very subjective. I personally play better on F1 Pro > m3 because of the smaller shape that the f1 pro have and thats about it. So if ur hands are roughly ard 18cm+ size then you can give the m3 a try. If it's smaller then I will recommend the f1 as the m3 might be too handful of a feeling

Performance wise? 100%. Its down to shape and personal preferences. If you get the pro/pro max/moba version then you can get 4k performance

Sorry for the extremely late reply, but I personally prefer the F1 Pro over the potato gpx, but thats just because I prefer smaller mice anyway.
How much did you bought it for on taobao? On mechkey it's selling for like Rm 270 included shipping for the f1 pro version
I bought mine from taobao for around RMB 239 (MYR 153) and that is excluding shipping. (My family got me the f1 pro while they were at China, so I have no idea how much shipping would cost)
so your parent's bought it while they were at china using taobao and they ship it to your parent locally at china?

hard to say cause the most important different between them is the shape and I have never tried the Atlantis yet. But I would easily pick the XM2We over the F1 Pro so maybe that information could help you out a bit
which one do you recommend more? the Logitech GPX or VGN Dragonfly F1 Pro with 4k HZ?
If you're not in a rush you can probably wait until ure 70 years old and get the gpx v2 💀. But joking aside I think you cant go wrong with either, but i would recommend you to get the gpx on sale or get a used one. Paying msrp for the gpx is not worth it IMO.

Shape wise I prefer it over the m3. but performance wise, unless you go for the Pro or Pro Max variant of the F1 its basically the same between them both. When you introduced the 4k hz dongle then maybe the f1 pro os better

If you are asking for a comparison video, I have done it in my latest M800 Pro 3395 edition reviews. If u are asking for my preference, shape wise I prefer m800 pro more.

Personally I love the 49gram weight of my F1 pro, and I always prioritise weight over battery. But I would say you won't be dissapointed with the F1 pro's battery life, I can consistently get it to a week so I won't say you're losing much.

I bought the F1 for $37 just in case I don’t like the mouse but looks like a G Pro Superlight clone. I’m currently using the Endgame Gear XM2WE which is the best mouse so far. Still waiting for my F1 it’s already been a month shipping from China to USA takes forever I guess.
Damn, 1 month is a long time for it to get to you. But regarding the shape, it is nothing like the GPX SL. It is closer in feel to something like the Delux M800 (Razer Viper Medium) so it's a lot for narrower in grip width, shorter in height and shorter in length compared to the SL. I am currently using the XM2WE for my next review and I can personally say I prefer the XM2WE over the F1 due to the hump being more noticeable.
