His strategy would actually work. Maybe not in 24 hours (Trump-esque hyperbole) but a proposal like that would certainly be accepted by Russia and if the war is still happening by the time he would (potentially) enter office, I wouldn't be surprised that Ukraine is going to end it with negotiations like that. It's a completely valid proposal that is very anti-Ukraine.

It seems to me that THE bone of contention with the whole Climate Change subject is NOT whether Climate Change is happening or not but rather how much of it is caused by humans! So when I hear people addressing this subject without even addressing that I ask myself why is that.
If you’re meaning in an individual citizen level vs production level then yeah, I think half the people genuinely think that on an individual level (have an electric car, don’t us straws, single use plastics) you can help, while o think the production side of things wants you to think that. Like yes yes blame the consumer choices and not the clear emissions from factories making war machines or drilling for oil, or the production for the cars, for the single use plastics, etc. but ig the mindset is to try to lessen the demand by blaming the consumer, i just think historically that’s not shown to work on decreasing demand, just increasing demand for a shiny new product to replace the old one.

They do need to show intent. That's actually pretty easy. They don't need to show that he totally knew he was lying--they just need to show a pattern of behavior (which there is, and it's clear) that they were lying. This is part of most crimes and it's an easy bar to clear.

It's mind boggling whenever Destiny loses his shit about it as if it's some smoking gun, even so far as claiming it's a "litmus test". The obvious explanation to me is the one you laid out here, but for some reason some people are incapable of seeing it that way. Destiny's interpretation relies on a whole lot of prejudice, essentially assuming his intentions were full on fascism. I think the disconnect here is that most of the left doesn't fully understand that people TRULY believe the election was stolen, Trump included. Not "screw the system, get Trump back!", they 100% believe he was cheated and that it's unfair. And as much as people want to shove it aside, there is a lot of evidence (keyword evidence, not proof) of fraud. I followed the drama around it religiously, and I still personally have a lot of unanswered questions about evidence that I saw in the hearings. I wish we had more trials actually go through the FULL court process, so we could dispel/prove them, but most of them were thrown out on standing, so the evidence was never really "treated" fairly. The whole "he lost 63 cases" falls on deaf ears if the actual evidence itself was never even entertained. That the whole point of contention here. It also doesn't help that of the 3 that didn't get thrown out, he won 2. I'm not trying to convince anyone about anything for the record. I personally still consider myself undecided on this, as I don't think it has been truly resolved. All I'm trying to do is rationalize the whole thing.

If you’re meaning in an individual citizen level vs production level then yeah, I think half the people genuinely think that on an individual level (have an electric car, don’t us straws, single use plastics) you can help, while o think the production side of things wants you to think that. Like yes yes blame the consumer choices and not the clear emissions from factories making war machines or drilling for oil, or the production for the cars, for the single use plastics, etc. but ig the mindset is to try to lessen the demand by blaming the consumer, i just think historically that’s not shown to work on decreasing demand, just increasing demand for a shiny new product to replace the old one.

If for instance, Obama after he served to terms as president were to become a candidate for Vice President, and the president and vice president team won, then if the president were to resign that would then put Obama as president.

It's mind boggling whenever Destiny loses his shit about it as if it's some smoking gun, even so far as claiming it's a "litmus test". The obvious explanation to me is the one you laid out here, but for some reason some people are incapable of seeing it that way. Destiny's interpretation relies on a whole lot of prejudice, essentially assuming his intentions were full on fascism.
I think the disconnect here is that most of the left doesn't fully understand that people TRULY believe the election was stolen, Trump included. Not "screw the system, get Trump back!", they 100% believe he was cheated and that it's unfair. And as much as people want to shove it aside, there is a lot of evidence (keyword evidence, not proof) of fraud. I followed the drama around it religiously, and I still personally have a lot of unanswered questions about evidence that I saw in the hearings. I wish we had more trials actually go through the FULL court process, so we could dispel/prove them, but most of them were thrown out on standing, so the evidence was never really "treated" fairly. The whole "he lost 63 cases" falls on deaf ears if the actual evidence itself was never even entertained. That the whole point of contention here. It also doesn't help that of the 3 that didn't get thrown out, he won 2.
I'm not trying to convince anyone about anything for the record. I personally still consider myself undecided on this, as I don't think it has been truly resolved. All I'm trying to do is rationalize the whole thing.

How do you find 11780 votes when the counting of the votes ENDED, trump could've said "hey I want a recount.." but he didn't do that, he asked for votes after the voting was done.
