Like, even Giovanni of Team Rocket was at least sensible enough to return Pokemon to their Pokeballs after being defeated. It practically attacked Kieran in self-defense.
No, briar is an enabler and used to kieran at his lowest point and his desire to win to get what she wants. And when terapagos fainted then she knew there was only one way to see its true power

Pokemon Masters EX has something to say about that. Literally every side character gets (a copy) of the legendary they always wanted. Silver gets Ho oh (though it's implied Ethan got Lugia), Eusine gets a shiny Suicune (as Kris caught the real one), Morty gets a shiny Ho oh, and Hau, Acerola, Mina and ... someone else I forgot all get the Island guardians (though they're copies and not the actual ones they remember from the islands). So PMEX will get the boy his Ogerpon.

@@Wats_Plays I did 85 because that's the level it's at when you catch it. 100 is cheating to me. I beat it the right way with an 85 team. But I also found out you can cheese the fight by making terpagos badly poisoned and then just stall with protects and other stall strategies. You literally don't even have to tetralize as the damage from badly poisoned gets so powerful
