I feel like Officer Fanone has been the most outspoken of the officers and I thank you for that, I will never forget watching this unfold and I don't think anyone else should either.

Re-allocating funds to mental health services does not eliminate bad police and their practices and it the underlying presumption is that the majority of police are the problem when it is a small number that need to be eliminated. Find a way to get rid of the bad apples and provide money for mental health supports as needed. It isn't an either or scenario.
