Interesting video - thanks. I have a CT4S and don’t ever charge at home, only at work. Can I pre-heat the batteries only on a cold morning so they are more efficient and use the car’s stored energy to do that so the batteries are temperature optimised prior to leaving for work?
Cheers! There's no function to do that unfortunately. Running a prewarm on the AC wouldn't draw enough power to do anything meaningful, so I reckon your best bet is just to get out there and start driving...
@@TABonTV That’s exactly what I do 👍 On a different note and a top tip…….I’ve only have my car three weeks (from new) and it’s already kicked me off LTE disabling weather and other data information. It’s a common problem and I’ve discovered an easy fix…….turn on privacy, lock the car and go away for a few minutes. Come back and turn off privacy and bingo…….LTE now talks to the Porsche server. My OPC suggested there was an issue with the server, not the case and no mucking around removing fuses etc. 👍
Can anyone help me ??, i have my pre cool set up on my app for 04:30 Mon - Fri .....however the pre cool never works is there any setting in PCM i need to enable ?? on the departure pre heat timer does the PCM work out how long it takes to get you battery to temp and start heating before the the depart time or does it start heating at the time you select in the PCM ?? example depart time set at 05:00 do i need to set my timer say ......for 04:45 to have the battery per heated or do i just set for 05:00 depart time and the PCM will work out how long it takes to reach 18c and will auto start heating to have it ready for a 05:00 depart. Sorry about the long winded question, however i can never seem to get my pre heat to work on my app, no problem with they charging profiles they work perfect.

Might want to check if there are any open workshop campaigns for yours. Mine's going in for some soon.
Has your vehicle had heater failure? I’m considering but keep reading about these units failing around 30k km, unacceptable for a daily in the winter
Everything correct !

do you have the 93kwh battery?
Correct
how to make something easy, complex. Cant they just copy the "T" way??
The facelift is much better. Improved battery tech.
