I have a diesel x5 3.0d m
40d does it matter if i put in the same part as yours since i think the pump your using is for a petrol. Btw very informative video. Thanks

Thank you, I'm glad that my video could help. To answer your question No the diesel has a high pressure fuel pump. It's totally different.

I think that it's still on the same side. Right-hand-drive just means you're driving from the right side of the car but it doesn't change the way the car is designed or setup.

Yes it could have been the purge valve. Thats why I tested the fuel pump. Most people just change the purge valve and fuel pump at the same time
