Gary Brecka is my nephew and I can't believe how brilliant he is. He gets up and can speak with no teleprompter or notes and when he goes to a speaking engagement he is like a rock star and the people stand up and cheer for him and the energy in the room is palpable. I saw Gary in Dallas, amazing message. Spot on regarding Folic acid-AVOID it! Don't listen to any haters (Substack/Beres) who don't have a degree close to Breckas, not to mention years of experience and observation. Eat clean, exercise and be kind. You'll have the energy to thrive and contribute.

I am one hundred per cent happy, and because of that, every time I don t feel as happy or I get some unpleasant physical issues I am thinking,
OK, what new food I introduced in my body lately..
I had brown rice last week.
Twice a day to replace white basmati rice in my plan.
By the third day, I did not feel happy anymore, I lost my motivations, I had pain in my legs, allergy, and more.
Then I went back to white rice, and my mood came back to normal quickly, then it took a s many days to get physically well as it took to get unwell.
When I looked on Google I learnt brown rice is bad for us.
I believe everything Gary says and also I tell people to watch his videos.

You don't. Doctors are taught how to make lifetime consumers of drugs. The exceptions may be surgeons that patch you up. Look for an osteopath. They are a combination of MD and naturopath. Chiropractic is scoffed at by Medical Doctors too. All too often people go to a doctor and say "Please fix this" and want a pill, instead of putting in the work of changing habits and diet.

I asked his company which supplements to buy from him based on my DNA results that I had done years ago. They responded that they couldn't advise unless I ordered their gene testing, which is weird because I've heard him say it doesn't matter where you get tested.
