All the food looked great! Reminded me of being back in NY. I’m a guyanes living in Jville, FL and unfortunately we don’t have any Guyanese/Trini restaurants. My GT lady had it backwards- typically Indo-Guyanese people say chicken curry and Trini people and the rest of the Caribbean call it curry chicken. She must be the select few. I call it curry chicken but I think the people who invented it have the name correct. Go argue will the whole of India 😅

I live in PA and have family in South FL. I was visiting this weekend, and of course, I had to give Chef Tally a try. I was not disappointed.
