Tedward is WAAAAAAY better than Doug D. He actually shows the drive, not himself. Can't stand the vloggers who keep the camera primarily on them while driving and no road POV.
@@Contractnik It's really just two different perspectives on how to showcase cars; there's no reason to criticize one or the other. Doug's videos focus more on individual details and the actual functionality of vehicles, while the driving portion is just there as a supplement. Tedward's videos are much more focused on driving, giving the viewer a sense of what it may actually be like to drive it themself. So, Doug's videos are really more for a mass market audience that are actually considering buying a vehicle, while Tedward generally showcases vehicles that normal people are never going to get their hands on. If you're planning on buying a car, you should definitely drive it yourself first.
@@JadPker I don't like staring at the driver. And I think the people that do that are a bit narcissistic in their approach - me, me, me. Not the car or drive. I'm entitled to my opinion and to air it. Doug's videos would be just as effective with a split-screen of him and the road a la Matt Farah. Or Shmee. And give me a break, it's a consumer-oriented channel when he's got 3 million dollar Ferraris on there. LOL. Yeah, ok. What a waste - he does a Jag XJ220 or a Ferrari Lusso, and it's all him driving it. We're staring at him. It could be a frickin Toyota Corolla other than the wooden steering wheel. Lame.
@@Contractnik The POV review channels are really setting a new standard. Not showing the car being driven is a huge omission in traditional reviews. It depends on the channel, but the way Doug does it is really annoying, I just stopped watching his videos because it feels like it's just all talk and no "substance", the actual entertaining visual content.
Awesome watching this on my lunchbreak Magnum, I mean Tedward! Perfect Ferrari sweet spot, for slow car, drive fast. Well this and the underappreciated Mondial.
I worked for Shelton in the 90's and 2000's...we had a few if those that people daily drove...they were cheap and fun. It was a great owner maintainable option. They did make an exhaust that sounded cool as they didn't have that classic screaming sound. Neat cars!
@@TedwardDrives Interesting! I would love to see you drive a 348 at some point too, the videos I've seen say they changed the position quite dramatically from this leaned back style to a more upright position. Thank you!
Timeless design. What a beauty. Maybe it’s nostalgia speaking but I prefer the oldies to current Ferraris. At least it’s seems Ferrari is coming back to design purity with Roma and 296. Yes! Even 12 Cylindri is trying (too?) hard to throw us back to Daytona days…Thanks for the wonderful videos! Love the channel!
You kept talking but all I kept hearing was the Magnum PI theme song (old one, not the reboot crap). It’s not a red 308 but it’s close enough lol Just kidding man. I love your descriptions.
Manual steering is great for road feel. It's "not too light and not too heavy" at speed. Manual Steering at parking lot speeds? I built some arm muscles!!
The best highway ramp in that area is 2 West onto 495 North. Maybe a little further out, but worth it. And to everyone who has honked at me on that ramp, sorry, not sorry.
Ted, if you ever get the chance, you could show us that rally car that Ferrari once did. 308 GTB? I think that's the name. It was a group b car. It might be very interesting because Ferrari isn't a brand that we often see making rally cars.
These old Ferrari V8s were so wasteful lol. Such little displacement for 8 cylinders worth of spark plugs, oil, and parts to maintain. 5.0L minimum or you’re just wasting parts lol.
Tedward saying “Boooond group” is basically his version of Doug DeMuro saying “Thissss”

no artificial pops and bangs. just raw visceral power
0:01 g 0:01 🎉😂😂
I really can't get enough videos from this channel. Truly amazing videos
Thank you for watching!
@TedwardDrives keep doing what you are you are doing. Amazing videos as always
Man, I do appreciate my new manual car and all, but these older cars are just so much more visceral an experience.
Tedward treating us back to back gated ferraris. Christmas came early this year
this is peak car content. love your videos Tedward, I watch one every morning with breakfast
Thanks for the two views from the cockpit!
Awesome watching this on my lunchbreak Magnum, I mean Tedward! Perfect Ferrari sweet spot, for slow car, drive fast. Well this and the underappreciated Mondial.
Love the new camera angles
My dad had one is the late 90's and I got to drive it quite a bit. Definitely a joy of the analog era.
The full Ferrari experience without the worry of getting your license revoked. Thanks for yet another great POV drive.
My dream car as a teenager, still is in many ways. Great sound, great review.
The sound is unparalleled! Amazing car!

To me, the 328 and the 412 are the most desirable old school Ferraris
I would like to live here to hear you drive all these nice cars.
I was looking forward to this since the 964 comparo! Excellent!!
I think I managed to find a better seating position this time around! The first time I was too reclined and didnt feel quite right

aggressive prius driver lol
i love old ferrari
I think you are doing great with the new camera angles. Quick snippets while mainly staying with your POV. Very nice 👍.
Nothing sounds like a Classic Ferrari.
the best looking Ferrari generation of all time

Priuses are kings of the road ;)
awesome civetta bolide
New pov is povving

Wait, I always thought that bit with the wall before the right hander was one way, it's so narrow!
Another one of my dream cars. Tedward, you may find me stowing aboard if you drive this one again. (Doubt I’ll fit in the frunk😂😂😂)
Passenger seat is open!
This Bond group never has any of these cars for sale on their website.
They go to bring a trailer under “Fiminod “
@@TedwardDrives ok thank you sir - was just curious on their prices !
Love your content bro! Been watching for a long time. Do use ND filters on your GoPro?
I own one. I love it!
How uncomfortable is it having the pedals offset?
Like most funky cars it’s usually only strange when you first get in and are sitting still. Once you start driving you don’t even think about it
for a second I thought this is the ex Matt Farah´s car 😀
who's that porchia or porsha or whatever?
anyone hear a cats meowing around @4:07?
no, but i do hear birds at that ts.
Nooo old tires. If you can afford the ferrari, you can afford tires to keep it out of a ditch!
First ;) Didn't know about the Dino V8 being in this!

Hey man, why are you driving down the road reving the nuts of off the car in 3rd gear, I mean the car has 5 gears, so use them!!
4k rpm is appropriate
@ I guess anything which isn’t straight for you yanks is a challenge eh
Such an ugly car...
