Christmas *is* a wonderful holiday with so many magical elements. I like to think of it of different Jewish holidays rolled into one. We’ve just spread ours out more :-) Nothing wrong with admiring Christmas. Respecting and appreciating another tradition doesn’t make us bad Jews :-)
