Weight does necessarily equate to quality.

Did you try pulling the Tesla nozzle out after locking the adapter before plugging it into your car? There’s a notch at the bottom of the Tesla charger nozzle. That notch is used to engage a lock when plugged into the Tesla car. Perhaps the lock on the adapter also inserts a tab into that notch to lock the Tesla nozzle. Also, I noticed you had a little bit of difficulty pulling the nozzle out of the Wall Connector. That notch is used to hook onto a tab in the Wall Connector. So, it is best to lift the nozzle upwards away from the tab before pulling it out of the Wall Connector. Or, maybe not!

Yes, I did actually try to engage that notch but still was able to pull it out. Someone else on the Amazon reviews made the same note about the lock. Sort of a silly locking mechanism, but at least no one can steal the adapter!

@@goneelectric Yeah, I guess it’s ok just as long as it’s a free charge. Thanks for replying. Love the vids!

Is this UL Listed? If not you could be rolling the dice. Suggest you go to State of Charge.
