Great!! Now use the AMS and make the tire filament out of black flexible material and up to three other colors/filament types to make that cement truck look complete right off the printer
So the issue with that is that the AMS cannot accept flexible filament. It’s stretches them out. If you want a flex PLA then you have to use the single filament mount. But you might be able to use a TPU. I haven’t tried it but I don’t believe you can because even though it is a multicolor printer it cannot do multi material. You can probably brute force it but I know you are unable to print things like PLA and ABS at the same time
@@masklessninja I would still say it is absolutely an excellent printer. It can print in all of those materials just not at the same time because the temp changes would be too significant
I sure do. I bend it in the video 😊 the brim was because I printed it with supports (did not need to) but this video is also pretty old and I’ve learned significantly more about this printer 😁
Well I’ve been doing military intelligence for about 10 years and I will confidently say that what 3D print files you send through the cloud should be the least of your worries. Also if people are that concerned about it then they should use their printer completely air gapped, which is possible. However, like I said there are plenty of other much easier ways to target people other than infiltrating through your 3D printer 😂
That is ok! TL;DR- Most 3d prints you probably have seen are PLA which is a type of plastic. There are two popular types of 3D printing, resin and FDM. FDM is what you see here and it prints in different kinds of plastics with PLA being the most popular for its ease of use. Resin printers use UV curing resin which starts as a liquid and then UV lights are shined in specific order to harden the liquid and make your object. Resin printers are best used for high detail object like dungeons and dragons miniatures however, resin printing requires PPE as the uncured resin is toxic.
lol yes. The printer alone is like $1200 and the AMS, which allows you to print in multicolor, is $300. Bambu has cheaper printers now but I will always back the X1C
@@rajgill7576 thanks lol years of cutting myself with scrapers has taught me how to apply pressure slowly. But yah now I barely use the scraper at all 😂
Is that an Atlas figure from Titanfall the big figure in the upper left in the first seconds of the video ? i know there is a STL of it , but there is also the official version
That would be touch because this was made for FDM. With resin it would need to be printed at a different orientation and would require supports when it is meant to be supportless
lol ok totally not a cop guy. But also this wouldn’t be a very good system for printing weapons. On my last deployment we did have a printer that was capable of printing weapon parts but it used $200 filament and dual extruded carbon fiber. It was nuts
@@elijahspirit it’s ok, I didn’t think you were being rude. I just wasn’t sure if that was like a program or if you literally meant do I use video clips to make videos. @@blastfromthepastttmscollec5775 Absolutely. I have three in my office. If you get the X1C it also had a filter for printing the more toxic materials but i'm mostly printing in PLA which is non toxic

U should print something mechanical and print in place
Since getting the printer I have printed so much on it 😊
Yoo bro can you print luffy from one piece
I printed Luffy on my resin printer 😊 I think I made a video for it too
you know the plate is flexible right? also for print in place stuff don't use a brim

Does it get hot?
I have the same 3d printer
Nice print... can you please the stl file for this truck?
Where is the truck stl from please ?
You didn't need a brim for that bro.
lol this was literally my first print and is over a year old. I didn’t know the capabilities at the time and went with the safe option.
Lucky!
How do you think about the Data problem that Bambu Lab has ?

All I heard from that video was: 🥚

My wife found this one so I’m not sure what it was called. I believe it is just print in place cement truck

3D print some new fingers if you push that blade towards them

Bambu lab carbon = Apple Printer
Lol is that because it is easy to use?
Cause I was pretty tired of my ender 3 and multiple anycubic kobras
hehe 😀
because of the apple looking and easy to use model :)
