    It looks like you can leave the left side wheel nut ,brake caliper and bracket alone.
    Just remove the right side swingarm, and remove the rim from the hub.

    For me the wheel screws didn’t come off so easily. I had to heat up each screw for two minutes with a micro torch.

    Have you guys stopped using the thread lock on the rim bolts to the motor ? ? Seen so many threads and posts of people snapping the bolts

    Hey John! was wondering if you have a vid on how to change rear disc ? some vids on RUclips show with soldering rod but I read you don't need to. It would be great not to with soldering iron, Thanks, have a great day

    This video is a gross misrepresentation of the actual wheel removal. The threadlocker applied to the rim bolts is unnecessary and extends the hours spent on this process 3x (unless you happen to get very lucky). If you guys want to actually help people, spend time telling them the harsh truth and maybe solutions to alleviate the actual issues.

      Exactly… I’m struggling so bad with this tire right now. The video is a joke. Everything is loctite and nothing removes like in this video.

    Hi John you make that look so easy. I have watched a lot of video's on how to do this and none of them look easy in fact they all look scary and put me off trying, Velocitygt from Oz said if you dont heat the back of each screw the head will just snap off, do you have any advice for this ? watching you here you have them already loose for speed and ease for the video, Ray K UK YNWA.

    Thanks for the video, if it’s just a matter of taking the wheel off to change a tire then that is waaaay too much work.
    Just remove the arm off the none brake side and rear fender screws(2) and then remove the Alan screw that hold the wheel to the motor and that’s it.
    Much easier. In my opinion.
    But thank you for the video John.

      You probably can’t reach the nuts for the fender with the tire on… But that is the way to go taking the arm off problem is those fender nuts

    Great video anybody who’s decent with their hands could’ve figured this out my only million dollar question is why does the video get cut off at exactly the one or if I may see the #1.. spot,, removing the screws which strip even applying the heating gun now things just got extremely extremely complicated

      He took a whole bunch of unnecessary shiz off... the only thing on the left you gotta do is the fender... the fender will get in the way

    Any advice or videos on changing the tires for the Dualtron Raptor 2? I ordered tires months ago but can't find any videos nor is e-scooter mechanics a thing in Ohio. Bike shops won't touch them for liability reasons. I'm pretty sure I'm due for a tire change (among other things.( I've put like 1611 miles on my scooter. Anything would help at this point.

    Why is no one from mini motors replying to the lock tight questions but responding to all other comments . Did you stop using lock tight or not? Thats a big difference of taking that motor out with or without it. Its clearly without locktite in this video , but what about the 50 people that broke the heads off the bolts. Whats the answer minimotors?

      i just tested if i could remove these bolts as easy on my eagle pro. they seem to be glued in so i will have to invest in a blow torch to soften the lock tight

    My Thunder axle bolts were put on by godzilla, I was bouncing on a breaker bar to get them loose. I thought I was going to have to bust out the 1200 ft-lb air torque gun. Taking off the tire just so I can secure the fender, seems like the bolts are just falling out.

    ultra v2 not ultra2 only need remove side where hub skrews are and rear bumber why need open other side and remove breaks i not get it? and no heating THX GOD!

      detaching the motor phase wires from the controller inside the deck, then pulling that wire free of the body so that one can slide the rotor disc off over the phase wires themselves

      Nick Murphy hey bud sorry for the late response. I struggled with the rotor a lot first one i ordered was the wrong one and mini motors never responded to any of my emails and for the electric motor wire I just heated the the gold tips that plug in with my solder gun and solder them back on. It’s up n running now but it’s already snowed twice in Michigan 😢. Thanks the reply my brother may the good lord bless the woman that carried you in her stomach.

    Dualtron should get some kind of award for the worst design ever here. It's infuriating to disassemble and reassemble.

    Make a video of swapping the front brake rotors, I dare you. That’s right, I just did it on my ultra 2, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst of enemies. Who designs a power cable that routes through the rotor, side arms, and stem!? To swap the front rotor is more difficult than giving birth. I ended up cutting the wire and putting in a barrel connector instead, so future rotor swaps are easier. Lastly, cut it out with the lock tites. You don’t need it. Other videos say use a heat gun to remove some of the bolts, ya my ass. Try use a butane torch instead, whatever the lock tite used is probably made out of the blood of hulk, no heat gun will remove those bolts. Use a butane torch.
    Edit: oh for everyone out there. If you are working on the back wheel, might as well take the time to trim the rear fenders so it doesn’t rattle.

      I've had it rattle on the achilleus I got recently, just shy of 440 miles
      Turns out the screws came loose, and they're annoying to access and tighten
