- How to change the tyre and inner tube on the rear wheel of a Dualtron scooter. Repair video for electric Minimotors Dualtron scooter - in this video we're going to show you how to take off the rear wheel, remove the old inflatable tyre and take out the punctured inner tube. To then install a new 80/65-6 Road with a new 10 x 2.50 inner tube with a 90/90 knee valve.

ℹ️⏱ Here are the main steps in this video to install an inflatable 10 inch tyre (85/65-6 Nylon) with a 10x2.50 inner tube knee valve 90/90 for a Dualtron Victor scooter :
00:00 - Intro : repairing back wheel Dualtron Victor
00:49 - Remove the mud guard
03:13 - Removing the arm from the rear fork
04:31 - Removing arm : Technique 1
05:50 - Removing arm : Technique 2
07:14 - Separate the rear wheel from the motor
09:49 - Take off the two rim halves
10:28 - Take out the inner tube + tip
11:38 - Fitting the new Road 80/65-6 tyre
12:12 - Placing rims on the tyre
13:59 - Installing the repaired back wheel on the motor
15:30 - Screwing the rear wheel onto the scooter
17:18 - Tightening the tyre (not compulsory for the rear wheel)
17:45 - Reffiting the Dualtron rear fork

What the name of the extractor tool?
Insead of heating screws, just use the gun with hammer mode, same like for the cars but builders mode I would said, it tooks me 60 secounds to screw them out
Interesting, can you show an example video?
I need to reattached the rear mudguard on my Dualtron Achilleus but the wheel seems to be larger than the Victor and blocks the mudguard screws. Any suggestions on how to remove them? I don't think the ratchet strap trick will create enough space.

Do I need to apply a fresh application of blue locktite to the screws?
And
Is there a specific torque needed for the wheel screws and the arm bolts?
I have recently discussed this with the minimotors staff. “No” to both questions.

1800 Watts heat gun, 10 seconds each end, repeat until soft enough to come out
Is 100mm 4mm allen enough?
Go for 150mm minimum

Grow up and take your lumps like a man. That childishness is likely why they took it! I suppose you were gently covered uiding in a sage and responsible manner like ke a perfect little angel? Or perhaps more the opposite?
Cops don’t get out of bed with the purpose of picking on anyone in particular. If you got your scooter taken, there was likely a reason. As for you wanting to “hurt children”… I think a public statement like that may get their attention with you as a possible TERRORIST!
