This is an All Cutscenes video for Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time. I had a hard time deciding whether or not some scenes were full cutscenes or not, so I may have missed a bunch of short in-game scenes but all of the major cutscenes are here. This came from a 100% hard difficulty playthrough so any secret scene should be included too.

I really like Ratchets character development during these games. He went from being a moody, insensitive and selfish teenager to a mature, caring and loyal man. He's grown up a lot, and it really shows in this particular game. Two years is a long time to think while searching for your best pal.
Impersonating Nefarious is one of the funniest parts of the game, forcing the minions to boogy then sending them away for interrogation and/or death is like a cruel and unusual punishment, and I love it

Hands down, Dr. Nefarious is my favorite villain. His outbursts and Lawrence are the best! Next to Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal, this is my one of my favorite R&C games.

@@LadyDinoCrisis It’s good. Trust me when you get that system you are going to enjoy it because you fight Dr. nefarious and emperor nefarious trust me you are going to like it and he is my favorite villain two in the ratchet and clank games
God damn! I'm sooooo angry bacause just a very few people know this. A Crack In Time has a wonderful story and it took the series to a new level in terms of maturity, the characters, the plot, okay maybe there are better games in the franchise in terms of gameplay, but no other was able to tell the story soo much deeply and evoke so many emotions from people, and unfortunately, no other ratchet and clank game has been able to surpass this since.
The BEST game in the whole series for sure.

Nope. He talking about time travel and time reversal. Rift apart if dimensional hopping and dimensional sifts(Clank and kit portion of the game)
@@dirceusantos7308 actually, by everything we do, we create a new alternate dimension, if Nefarious did go back in time, he could change the future, and, this dimension would still exist, but i guess i can say that he would be trapped in that other one dimension.

Because this Universe has specific laws that restrict the number of possible outcomes.
dimension: although may or may not be similar it has their own set rules oun to that universe.

A different dimension, as opposed to a timeline, is a different environment entirely, with potentially different physical properties, laws of physics and dynamics between them, etc.
@@MaskFaceStup1dP4nc4kes I think you're referring to the Endgame dumb time travel logic. In this universe the time travel actually has consequences and changes the timeline. Not to mention that you can't really change that much with the Great Clock as it would destroy the universe as seen at the end of the game

Ngl, been listening to these clips during my classes (when were doing nothing but paper work) for the past 3 weeks.
Anyone else think it's weird that Alister doesn't know Ratchet's real name? You'd think he'd know the name of his best friend's son. Then again, Insomniac probably realized they could never come up with a name that everybody would be satisfied with. For some reason the name "Kaine" keeps popping into my head.
He also murdered his best friends son.... clank is a hero 😃😃😃

The ship crashing into the space station mimicking Nefarious's eye bit from earlier is one of the funniest and most unexpected callbacks.

This game in the end of the second cutscene... the intro... THAT IS THE BEST INTRO TO A GAME E V E R... and the gameplay has good jokes both for children and adults... this game was the highest point for the franchaise i swear...

Here's some food for thought. At the end of Ratchet and clank 3, which took place in the Solana galaxy, Dr Nefarious got teleported onto an asteroid. This game takes place in the Polaris galaxy. This means Dr Nefarious was trapped on an asteroid long enough for it to go from one galaxy to another.
Anyone knows whats the name of the track , that we always hear when Qwark is doing some "heroic" things? Like at 53:20 and the ending with snowball? I've tried to find that epic theme since 2009...

Cus if u want to know more y he wants to well its pretty much explained in the game alister screwed up giving tachion the technology parts needed to improve the lombax's but we saw wat that did and it led to alot of them dying and even their home to be gone so he wants to correct his mistake but due to the clock not being wat he thought it was (which tbh ratchet's father had a feeling anyway) and here we have him correcting one final mistake

The writing in this game is absolutely perfect. The new ones are so c graded.
Its always weird going back to see a game you haven’t played in years. I remember it looking so great and im like oh its not that great lol. Still good, at the time it was great. I wish the new one had a stoy as good as these old ones. They don’t do the arenas like they used to. Im aware i can go back to play it but i wish the new ones had it just as good. Or just do a remake of them all. Id be down

Using the clock for time travel is strictly prohibited, it was used for that twice in the game where they travelled back further than 6 minutes but honestly those are contradictions and don’t follow the rules the game set out for itself
Also he likely would’ve never have met clank if he travels back in time to see them, causing a paradox

Coming back to this, when I first saw Rift Aparts adaptation of Nefarious I thought it was gross and the one from this game would always be best.
While I still love the model in this the new ones grown on me a lot and, well it’s highlighted the age of this game. Don’t mistake for ACIT it’s still an amazing game with a great graphics lineup even today. But the new always will look better. Unless you reALLY botch it up haha
