Your videos are hands down the best out there on understanding and using this software. Seriously I was so lost til I found your videos. Now I have some basic digital files for sale in my shop. Really practical information. Thank you so much Sir!🙏
Thank you for sharing this tip. On another note, do you happen to know how to use the running stitch with one stroke fonts? Same example of your video, but without filling.
Hi again, so I'm having some trouble regarding making different color blocks. So I was only able to change the color of the fill. I wanted to have no fill on all my objects and change the color of the stroke for each object and I wasn't able to do that, Perhaps you can do a video on how to change the stroke color with no fill? I had running stitches on all the objects... ( idk if that matters but was unable to change the color of any of the objects this was to again trick my embroidery machine to trimming jump stitches, idk if this is once again a glitch on inkstitch of just my user error... I'll try posting this on the formal inkstitch forum too THX!) ☻☺
In the color palette at the bottom of the screen on the left hand side there is an X. If you hit that it should remove fill color. If you press and hold shift and click that X it will remove outline. Also, if you hold shift and click a color it will set the outline color
I record using OBS, I edit the video with kdenlive. If the audio needs extra fidgeting I use audacity to edit the audio and swap the video audio with the edited audio, but that's not very often.
Have a look at this video at about the 8:15 mark. It might help with your problem. Let me know. If not this you might have two nodes crossing each other. ruclips.net/video/-fnRyh5nlsM/видео.html

Sorry but I'm not sure what the question is. Are you wanting to do a font border only?
