No way goes lower with the huge snowfall
Depends on Powell rebalancing but good snow fall and up stream reservoirs starting from a better position than last year should see a good system gain overall.
No amount of runoff ,snowpack , rain can ever save the lake. It's no longer a lake to store water. They send high outflows to make sure lake don't come up. No matter the inflows it's outflows a higher number. California don't need anymore water but send it anyway.

At some point the "experts in government" will recognize the the addition of water from the Tonga volcano in January 2023 that added more than 10% to the total water vapor in the atmosphere.
Big problem people can conserve water everyday, that's great. The bureau of reclamation are only ones that don't have any plans on conserving any water. Of course the lake will drop when outflows are far more than inflows no matter how much conserving is asked of the people. California has always been excuse to release so much outflows that far exceed inflows. I might be mistaken I didn't think California was looking for more water currently. Not for the last few months, so are they sending so much water a place that's flooding. There's so much more to the problem here than lack of snowpack, high evaporation, or the mighty climate change/ globle warming. It's clear nothing will help the lake when people in charge of the water don't want the lake to go up sending so much down stream where it's flooding. A dam is made to help store water, to help flooding, ECT storing water for when it's really needed. Sending higher outflows than inflows proves the ones in charge don't want to save this dam they hate it rising.
