my ideal perfect camera would be camera with Image and DR of BMpcc, Vintage body like Fuji, Cool lens like Nikon, Autofocus like Sony + Canon combine and smooth IBIS like M43.
The EF 135 f/2 is pure magic. Price to performance is out of this world!

4K 120 fps with autofocus is so good in the ZVE1. I want a viewfinder, though, so thinking about A7S3.

Check out the Nikon ZF Casey. Full frame version of Zfc, chock full of Z8 specs. It may be below your slo-mo standard though. Top notch content!

Blackmagic indoor was the best looking image. Sony is the most consistent with everything going for it like af, lens options, good codec options and slomo
The C70 with the Speedbooster will be my next camera. The A7S3 has been out a while, so you can get used ones now for around $2500 or less. The FX30 is probably the best deal out there, unless you run across the street in slow motion. If you take photos, a 5D mk4 are going cheap now, or a Sony A7R3.
The two Canon R6 mk1 bodies I bought both died at their first uses of Error 70. I’d been a Canon user all my adult life. Then I switched to Sony. BIG difference!

I have a Sony A7RV and it fails over 50% of the time achieving focus when using eye auto focus.
I hope you can try the 70-200 2.8 GM2. It's crazy how good and small is it. It's like a mini 200-600. I will love to see comparisions versus your primes. Maybe you will finally see if 3D Pop exist or not. The 24-70 2.8 GM2 it's algo amazing

Canon ef 135mm f2L is beyond awesome. Its cheap used, small, light, has character and 3d pop. Take the plunge and buy one! You'll like it I am sure.

I have the Sigma 105 it's magic. VERY sharp and very nice micro contrast... but that's coming from a photographer (I do shoot video too ;) )

I have two 7artisans manual focus lenses. They were pretty cheap and they have a vintage look. There are pretty good for what they cost.

I found a good deal on a Sigma 105 1.4 Sony it was 900.00 I love it it’s definitely one of a kind, heavy heavy though so it stay in my bag most of the time. But I do have bragging rights, bocah master, Also I am enjoying my Nikon zf full, but I don’t think you like the retro vibe, but it’s one of my favorite new cameras,

Just a while ago the title was: The Best Cameras and Why I Chose Them. I guess it wasn't insulting enough!! 🤣 Some RUclipsrs make grate videos and some make great videos. This is a GREAT video.
The Sigma 105/1.4 was briefly my favorite lens when I first started getting into photography. The toneh is insane. However, I realized it was ridiculous. The 135/1.8 GM is generally more useful, and unlike the 105 somewhat useful for low light wildlife (large).

How is Canon FD glass for video? I have 28mm T2.8 and a 135mm T3.5 that I use on my X-T3 for photography and really like. But, I don't have experience shooting video with them. I was waiting for that water bottle to explode or something to tie in the delivery scene. That "Chinese Spy Cam" scene!! LOL! Markus Pix just gave away some Canon cinema camera that he didn't like. This was fun. Thanks for the morning laughs. It was just what I needed after shoveling snow....AGAIN! LOL! Have a great weekend.

When i started out, i couldnt afford a7s3, so i got a74 instead, got 24-70gm2 and samyang 24-70, had to send one back, so since samyang was almost better than sony, gmaster got sent back.
Yes there is 60fps crop, but i get around it by filming 24fps on 35mm and 60 fps at 24mm+crop. Noone have ever complained about crop sensor slow mo so far, as long as i get paid i can live with it. Waiting for that a7s4 tho since 2nd cam is needed. come on sony. Hurry up

Love the slow motion, I used to make stills of bubbles as they were forming in a circle, I needed a macro lens and had to do it in very low light, I had an idea of using the Sony a7s for making a slow motion video because the colours in the bubbles look so psychedelic, do you think low light would be a problem ?

Quadrivium as well, super interesting bookshelf, I also have many leather bound books unfortunately an old edition of Blacks Law isnt among them, you need the older ones with the original legal terminology which they started changing in the late 60s onwards.
Panasonic GH7 II is definitely a winner, 4k 1200fps, come on, and autofocus definitely not stolen from a Sony factory.

That color grade 2:40 is badass. Lol.. By the way, I have the 135 F2 L lens, and it is pretty amazing. Just not applicable for much, but the image is sweet. Question though, why aren't you adapting EF lenses to the Sony?
Ef glass works great on Sony with the mc-11. I'm glad they ditched the mount cause there are tons of used zeiss lenses for cheap.

@@cameraconspiracies true that. Sigma lenses are the only ones with video AF. I don't shoot much video. The only sigma lens I have is the 35. Mostly just got it for my L glass for photography. It all works great for photos though. I can get birds in flight with my 1989 200L prime. It's pretty cool

Sony is tweaking colors in every new camera, but there is still something common in all their models that makes colors unpleasant, not every picture, but often enough to eventually make you dump it on ebay.
