A true-beginner follow-along bodyweight routine that you can do anywhere and anytime! This is a quick routine that you can feel free to use as your movement routine for the day or as a warm-up. This easy-to-do at home exercise routine is great for both men and women. You will find benefit in this routine no matter your athletic level too. This follow-along focuses on both mobility and strength and will get you into your body and feeling motivated.

A good routine to bust out the cobwebs. But I guess I wonder if you would do a longer routine which was structured into a specific mobilisation.
A bit late to the Strengthside party! 57 year-old getting back into surfing and generally aiming improve my fitness, flexibility. mobility, strength and energy with sore knees and back after standing/desk job. Love all the follow alongs and straightforward, but often amusing talk overs! Thank you!
The concept of "opening up" chest shoulders back hips you emphasize, is one I appreciate the most. Somewhere down the line I'd forgotten to incorporate. What a large improvement to carriage strengths alignment flexibility. Simply walking is more fluid and comfortable, ROM and strength gains came from correcting to full use of innate positions. I can't claim to be beginner but sometimes beginners movements go well with meditative focused centering mind/body. Thanks for what you do.

nothing is free, you needed an internet connection and something to watch this video... which took someone's time traded for wealth/gain in some form. energy has traded forms. there are productive people and unproductive people. those who adapt and overcome, or those who are victims. productive people can be penniless, the difference is that they change their situation. willingly unproductive people will always burden others - while we can help others, when someone has no willingness to help themselves, it becomes an undue burden. This guys videos perfectly highlight my point, a person must put in an effort to move and change. motion is lotion - and that goes for all aspects of life. break out of your box of constraint.
By far one of your BEST! The great part about your follow alongs is that you somehow guide us in mind/muscle connection as well as physical execution. Thank you!

I finally did it! thank you so much! even though I extra searched for a short beginner's video, I still was eaten up by anxiety and fear. But it was worth it to finally "just do it". And really thank you so much for not putting more pressure but just acknowleding that for some, this already can be enough or too much.

I love follow along and like a mixture, I love the strength ones for confident non achey days and stretch ones for slower days…and both together for the indecisive days
For the first time in a while I woke up and my hips don't feel tight or sore, following you for a while and been practicing some crawling, crab, hip hinges, squats etc. Thanks for these videos, I love the combination of strengthening and stretching, the key to a happy healthy body and mind. Trying to get back into working out after a period of inconsistency. I have been wanting to get back into using my body weight not more as I used to. Sometimes we all need some motivation and help and these follow along videos are a help. I can pause the video to do my reps, a couple sets and make it more beneficial for myself. I like your energy.

I’m doing these with a little modification to the weighted wrist parts since I’m recovering from a torn tendon but it feels good to MOVE. Just the daily exercises you sent out are enough to make me notice some definition already. I’m mixing the videos now to get a little variety and strength routine in and i definitely notice the difference. Will be joining the membership when I can work again. Thank you!!
I really love these routines! I like to add them in as warm ups/cool downs to my regular routine and the difference this makes is unmistakable. My wrists, hips, hamstrings all thank you for their freedom!!! 🙌🏽

I like routine that addresses both strength and stretches
Love these follow allongs - I like the dynamic stretches combined with movement - don't go to the gym anyway as live in the sticks and too much tostesterome there (here in France)!
Having to start at square 1 is hard for me so I appreciate videos like this and the follow along flexibility! Thank you!

I like it all!!!. I've had Bankart shoulder surgery in both of my shoulders.. I'm 5'11 197lbs. Like I can't even do pull-up without 4 bands. Yet I'm getting it done just taking me some time..
