Thank you for this video! Very helpful and I will definitly try your exercises. I think you have to be quite strong to do a full push-up, so if anyone is like me and can't do this you can do this on your knees or if you want to take it a step back against the wall (or pole!).
I wouldn't recommend knee push ups, this video explains why and what to do instead (incline push ups / negative push ups): ruclips.net/video/ONOpyfaJ6mM/видео.html
You're just awesome. You've been inspiring me for a few months now, and I just want you to know that your down-to-earth, kind, and encouraging content is meaningful to me (and so many others, I see). You address your audience lovingly and it doesn't come off as insincere or forced. Thank you for choosing to share with us.
Just started pole dancing class, I thought I was a lot stronger than I am. First class showed me I’m not strong at all thank you for this video bless you sweetheart
How often should I do this please? I started a month ago and can only afford one class a week so far but also want my own pile of course lol if my bruises are hurting should I just try wait a couple days after class?? Their slowing me down boooo
Hey do know you where buy another silicone rubber plastic thing I don't know what it called but I need to get a need for pole And I can't use my pole because rubber for done pole is break 😩🙁
@@janayway I'm happy that you back now and I just got pole and I'm waiting for my mom to put it so stretch and warm up with pole I won't be able to spin or ticks just yet because I'm going happened to buy some shorts❤😎😍😍😍
Thank you so much I will try this as a challenge for a month! And record it as well! I will let you know the details. Stay beautiful and thanks for the motivation! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’ve recently subscribed and I love this video! this is a basic question regarding the actual pole. I have 10ft ceiling and I’m not sure what pole would be good for my room. Do you have any recommendations?
Check out X-Poles or Fit2Flaunt poles (I have them linked in my description box). They have extensions you can get to fit your ceiling ☺️ Thank you for watching!
What do you do for knees and legs. Yesterday was my first day and my legs literally kept burning while I was on stage. It was hard for me to get up and it was so embarrassing because I feel like you could tell
okay I haven’t watched all of your videos yet so if there’s a video for this I’m sorry 😂 would you say the best way to try new things like method of climbs etc. is best once you’ve mastered one form? I ask because I’ve noticed any time I hesitate or lack trust in myself I can’t do even a simple hop on but then i can sloppily climb the pole if i don’t think about it lol any advice?
I would say once you’ve mastered the basic technique, then try different variations. For example, master the basic climb before doing the forearm climb. But it’s honestly all about what your body is prepared to do & everyone is different! Just always keep safety first. If you don’t think you can safely do a trick on your own, then don’t try it. Hope this helps!
I help with my pole my dad just put up today but the pole can move little back and forth and make sounds when I try to get on it !!! What should I do I want be able use the pole
You can do it with the feet on the floor for start WHOEVER the only way to get your tolerance level of pain higher ,you need to practice on the pole...so 🤷🏽♀️ . Try do less in the beginning

Ooh thank you for this!! I forgot to mention modifications!
Start on your knees Do a few reps then work yourself up.
Plenty of videos on RUclips

Yes, what Evalina said!
What do you do if you have sweaty palms?
Get some pole grip! Dry Hands or iTac. And clean your pole with rubbing alcohol
@@janayway thank you 💜
