    결국에 모든 스윙(오버헤드스윙포함) 이 셔틀콕위치로 라켓(면) 이 가야하는데 손이가서 세워져서 맞는게 문제라는게 맞을까요??

    Does lifting the elbow helps for smash, clear and drop as well? Or is it just for pushing at the front court?

      It is common to prepare the shoulders and elbows at a horizontal height. (About 5 to 10 degrees may vary from person to person.)
      Be sure to learn this sense of the racket bouncing. Your badminton will be divided into before knowing this and after knowing this.
