He has nothing to do with the outcome but stated that when he drove by at around 2:30 AM with only 1” of snow on the ground, his statement was ( if there was a body there when I drove by I would of seen it ! Not that he didn’t see it! Also when he drove back at 3:30 there was a vehicle parked in the exact spot the body was found? Why didn’t the person who parked there see the body? Could it be the body was moved in that vehicle to put on lawn ? The vehicle was identified as the same vehicle as Brian Albert’s Nephew?

Also he saw Colin Albert’s car parked in the spot where the body was found, this was at 3:30 when he went to drive back by house. This was all verified by GPS on the plow truck! Why didn’t the Driver of the Vehicle parked at 3:30 see the Body when they parked there? Unless the body was loaded into the Vehicle from the garage and placed there?
