Im 33 and use to be a college athlete. I went to Caring medical, but I didn't fully trust them as he was very off putting in person. So I didn't go forward with the treatment. I have all this. I was diagnosed with upper cervical instability and I have been workout intolerant for 2 years. After covid it got way worse. it's hindered my whole life. Im often off balance, dizziness, air hunger when working out or trying too. Sometimes I have swallowing problems when drinking or eating. Constant Brain fog, occasional nausea, don't handle stress well at all. Tinnitus that hasn't gone away in 7 years. Visual snow hasn't gone away in 7 years. I've had my atlas adjusted many times. Do cold showers everyday (definitely helps). I went to see a prolotherapy doctor and didn't do it cause I didn't feel I trusted him. I definitely have a vagus nerve issue as well and I need this fixed! I've tried many diets and ate clean...It's miserable at times, but im living with it. I really miss running and lifting weights and feel and smell like I use too. It's like my whole nervous system is SHOT! 😩
And you went to a Prolotherapists and didn’t do any treatment despite suffering instability and all those symptoms? Caring medical use live fluoroscopy for upper cervical injections - that is very skillful despite his off putting ways. The longer you leave your instability the more arthritis you develop in the joints and the more difficult it is for Prolotherapy to be successful. I’m a Prolotherapists & Osteopathic Dr. I wish you well !
@naturecareosteopathyphysio8395 Yeah I did and I read reviews. The guy literally was bouncing off the wall. LITERALLY. No way I could let him stick needles in my neck.
Don't know if you'll see this but look up on YT Neal Hallinan, The Best Vagus Nerve Exercise. You can skip to around the 14:40 mark for the exercise, but if you want to get a clear idea on how everything connects in the body maybe watch the whole thing. (all his videos are informative, sometimes a bit long but good). I'm trying it. All it costs is price of a balloon. I can't find prolotherapy in my area, Montreal, Canada, so I'm starting with trying to heal the vagus.

What's the difference between Cortisone shot vs Glucose shot? Does glucose shot mask the pain? Or does it help the body to heal the pain without masking it? And does it help with inflammation lower back? I have it and it's bad. Will it help? And do u recommend it?

It can help with the healing of the irritated and injured tissue around the bone spur, but it will not take away the spur. The bone spur is there to stay unless you surgically remove it.
Really informative dear. Just a serious question, is there a risk of paralysis or can wrong injection or if the needle pierce any nerve or sciatica nerve can cause permanent disability?

No, your own blood plasma is used
