If they tackle 3 they reaaaaally have to tackle 1 first.
This makes me so happy. Please take y'alls time with this.
The game intro music and cinematic is like Dawson's Creek meets Twin Peaks.
Rewatching the start of the game now that the final video is out
oh MY GOD ITS FINALLY HAPPENING. THEYRE PLAYING MY FAVORITE HORROR GAME
24:49 I thought he was going to say, "Oh man, that's right! It was Cory 'Spazkid.' We made a battling card game out of all the cards we collected where their boob size and so on determined their power." Jesse's group is only a half-step removed from Oney's Newground crew.
Anyone else rewatching this playthrough? :D
"WHAT IS THE BUTTON!?" The panic had me in tears.
Oh my God. Now they just need to play siren (or corpse party) and I can die happy.
I love the fanart on the sides with the squad interacting with the nurse and pyramid head
I really like the idea of going back and playing old scary games. Silent hill 2 is in my backlog but haven't had time, can you guys do clock tower as well?
Great, you guys have mentioned a few times that you should play this together! So glad.
I already need to rewatch thus playthrough
DUDE when I was in vegas i collected those cards from these tiny ladies who were peddling cards on the street, I brought them home, and made a binder. Best souvenir i ever collected. Too real, v relatable.
Great idea guys, Scary Retro Squad, I hope we see more scary retro games like this going forward, keep up the great content.
I literally just finished this game and Davis getting terrified about what button to push and then shrieking is me 100% and I will say the anger and frustration I felt at how many hits the monsters took was real... good luck gang
I've been watching Jesse for like 11 years and this was always a dream scenario for me lol. Love Silent Hill and Jesse.
This game absolutely nails it in the atmospheric department. I remember playing it as a kid and I had to do it with the lights on because it freaked me out to run around that mist and darkness.
This series will be a treat, for sure.
my excitement is immeasurable and my day is made
man the intro to this game never fails to hit me with nostalgia
Jessy: This your journey, figure it out on your own.
Also Jessy: When there are monsters nearby you can hear the radio.
Haha, love you Jessy!
well jesse letting them be aware of a game mechanic is different from influencing them making choices to impact the ending
@@lilithjade4363 youre fun
the music in this game is so beautiful. i listen to it all the time
What!!! Omg I needed this today. I've had such a bad day!
I love this Silent Hill, because unlike 1 and 3, it's not technically 'supernatural' but more based on the psychological. I know some people prefer the supernatural games, but I wish they had more sequels based on the psychological horror aspect. I believe the remake Wii edition of Silent Hill 1 was something to the effect, but I haven't played it.
