This is what happened to me. 99% clogged. Widow maker blood vessel. I made it to the Hospital just in time.
Wow, we are so glad you caught it. It seems your username is very accurate. Did you have typical symptoms that alerted you to the problem?
same as I now have two stents just a week ago
2020,i got stent at the age of 32. Doctor says there are 2 more blocked arteries,80% each. 2nd stent to go followed sometime later by bypass surgery.
Everyone, please take care of your heart.
Look up dr esselstyn prevent and reverse heart disease. He showed its reversible with diet.
The true Widowmaker is the left main artery actually
I had a heart attack last year at Aget 40. My left anterior artery ( widow maker) was blocked. I experienced squeezing pain in my chest, nausea, and vibrating pain in the jaws. fortunately I went to emergency right away and they removed the clot/put-stent within few hours.
Quick action makes all the difference. We are glad you are ok!

That is the most terrifying breakdown about clogged arteries that can stop your heart.
Calcium not all cholesterol
Maybe also mention that the cholesterol buildup is due to chronic inflammation. People blame cholesterol for heart attacks when it is due to their inflammatory condition. Cholesterol repairs damage inside of the vessels which was initially caused by inflammation. Then your doc puts you on a Statin limiting your cholesterol production and CoQ10 so that you have less protection.
Agree. But why is CoQ10 is bad?
Is this only me who suddenly feel scary about our health and existence and question the coke I drank yesterday ?
Better health literacy can help you make better informed and intentional health decisions, but don't over think it! An occasional coke is not what will cause this - just don't drink it like water. We don't want people to live in fear- we just want to make them smarter!
Absolutely, they don’t tell u anything helpful , until something goes wrong

I am scared of my health very much lately. mostly my heart
Me too
I'm also scared of my heart and health.
When you think about it, it's terrifying.
Same
you might have health anxiety. talk to a therapist about it, i have it also
Sugar is the real culprit, chlorestol just just goes along for the ride.
I'm scared 😭
Interesting you should mention about the last 2 weeks of the year. I had a big one Dec 31- Jan. 1, another the next night although less painful, and every week since lesser ones.
Indeed thanks
Try to UPDATE this item!!
I think you need to revise this video it's not cholesterol that caused this it's the inflammation that causes the rupture and the initial cut in the artery causing calcium and other by-products to penetrate it. And this is caused by excessive carbohydrates and high insulin levels. I'm a cardiologist before you ask me my credentials
how to know it is due to cholestrol. is it just from blood check.
@@a__asnow6402from what i understand from his comment, it must from arteries wound.
Exactly! Cholesterol is an easy scape goat though....
Thank you for speaking up!! I'll show your comments to my cardiologist.
I have a LBBB and EF 25 now finally up to 45. Working hard for more improvement.
genuine question what causes heart attacks
and what are signs of heart atacka
What happens when you get a mini heart attack, you get a Cardiac Catheterization
and your doctor tells you “you have healthy heart and there was no heart damage” ? What caused it then ?
Can a moment of extreme stress or anger cause this ?
By mini heart attack do you mean chest pain? It's called Angina, and we have a whole video on it available. Stable angina can cause chest pain, but doesn't damage the heart. When due to a narrowed artery, it can be a warning sign for increased risk of heart attack. And yes, that can be caused by extreme stress or anger- any time your heart starts working harder. ruclips.net/video/T4gqz5gcJfo/видео.html
Why the hell theres no medicine to reduce the clogged artery buildip? What are these researchers doing
Need a device or drug that can suck the entire cholestrol from arteries
There are many different medications that address various factors of heart disease - blood pressure medications, statins, calcium channel blockers, beta blockers, etc. Additionaly many stents (placed to open the arteries) are coated with medicine that help improve the condition, there are also procedures that remove the plaques, but they are not without significant risks. Lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, quitting tabacco use) are essential for better heart health.
I use to get calcium plaque build up on the inside of my lower front teeth. This is an indication that I am prone to calcium deposits in my body.
Been taking K2 mk7 supplement for two years now, not a sign of calcium plaque on my teeth, shows it's doing the job.
K2 will not eliminate calcium from arteries completely but slow it down.
Hopefully.
Thenku brother
So thumping the heart will move the plaque ?
why can I feel it.
what do you feel?

What caused the 40% increase?
Diets and sedentary lifestyles because towards the end of the year, people tend to feast more than usual on candies (Halloween) and unhealthy, fatty foods (Thanksgiving and Christmas)
mcdonalds
Daylights savings time.
They started adding trans fats to the fruits and vegetables via apeel
Holiday stress drinking
What is the salutatio of this
Angiogram and Stents to open up the clogged arteries.
What does the last 2 weeks of the year have to do with as mentioned in the caption?
parties and food.
That is scary

You know I wonder. Why haven't they thought of a method of how to break down and remove plaquing from the arteries yet? Using some kind of x-ray or ultrasound to do the procedure. I don't know. It was just me thinking this stuff. I mean there has to be a Way. HOPEFULLY one day someone discovers something that works against plaquing in the arteries and ENDS this disease.
You have to consider that "this disease" is a direct product of an unhealthy lifestyle... So there is a cure. Rigorous exercise, healthy diet, fasting. Avoiding bad habits. Stay safe!😊
@@giovanninechi1617 Well I totally agree with you, but I meant for those that are affected by it already. I'm hoping that a solution comes about sometime in the future.
@@VAPSPRESENTS That would be amazing
Try taking K2 mk7 supplement. It takes calcium from your arteries and places it where it should be in your bones and teeth.
Don't take my word for it, look it up.

So atherosclerosis incidence and physical inactivity has increased in the past 3 decades?
Since atherosclerosis is mostly an asymptomatic condition (until it’s reached an advanced stage), it can be difficult to determine the incidence accurately. There are some studies that indicate - over time, the burden of atherosclerosis has shifted to the older population and decreased in younger adults. But Atherosclerosis is considered the major cause of cardiovascular diseases. In the United States, about 610,000 people die of heart disease every year. That is 1 in every 4 deaths. It has been reported that 75% of acute myocardial infarctions occur from plaque rupture and the highest incidence of plaque rupture was observed in men over 45 years. To your other question, self-reported studies show insufficient activity increased by 5% (from 31.6% to 36.8%) in high-income countries between 2001 and 2016. Inactivity rates vary widely by location and ethnicity. These disparities can be resultant of barriers to physical activity, like a lack of safe spaces such as parks, unsafe streets with lots of traffic and no sidewalks. But the health repercussions of not getting enough physical activity can be severe. As shown here.
Horrible 😢

This is not right.
Or could it be something else?? Hum?
This is in reference to well documented uptick in heart attacks at the end of every year (winter holidays) correlated with an increase of stress, disruption of routine, and winter weather. Christmas Day reports more cardiac deaths than any other day of the year. (followed by Dec 26, and then Jan 1). Other factors may also be impacting the numbers, but year end stress is definitely not heart healthy.
Phizer anyone?
