The spare kit is amazing. Ollie Bearman last week was an example. Ferrari carried all his clothing, seat and helmets etc. They all carry multiple reserve driver kit and contingencies for anything. I recall a race last year where one team used 4 floors and were down to using two old style floors if damaged
WOW !!! I had no idea that they have 5 sets of equipment on ships at all times. I raced Funny Cars and I thought 3-4 Semi's was a lot of stuff. F1 is from another Planet. AND they are still making money $$$$$$$$$$$ Just WOW
Can't happen as some tracks are multi-purpose and not used by F1 only. Other tracks are street circuits which means on other days they're used by normal road cars
They're not trying to be green. They just want to appear to be green. All the private jets, choppers, and flying spare parts around the globe eats any green they might produce.
@@vatansalvery no professional sports person is doing what they do for the sport only. What it does enable them to do, though, is promote the sport and do charitable work, like Max with his iRacing.
Why is it that more fuel is burned setting up a road course then what is burned in the process of running the Grand Prix? The so-called green initiative is complete ********
I think the point is that using greener tech in f1 allows more research and advancements so it can be used globally in general. but yes definitely not environmentally friendly

what about the time they had T-Cars...quali engine ;)
This was a good video that has explained more on the logistics part of formula 1
Thanks for the education lads 🤝🏾
Their Logistics guy needs a fat raise!! 💰 💴
First Comment!!!! BTW, The video is fantastic 😊
That payroll is just out of this world
Fascinating
Those are some crazy numbers.

Why in the world doesn’t F1 or the track owners put in standardized/permanent garages/hospitality venues. If they’re trying to be ‘green’ about it. …
It's definitely a valid point to consider for the sustainability of the sport.

They make everything for money. Lots of money!
Erm, what else would they be doing it for?
@@MarkoVukovic0Sport. Would they be doing it for sport only?

Ruanda and Thailand to join in .
Please how do i get to work in F1?
Some crazy stuff
I think that what the teams do to get around the world is amazing.
Do the schedule planners not have maps? Thrèe crossings of the Atlantic how is this environmentally friendly.
It's the best they could do for this year, with most venues having multi-year contracts for specific times of year
Those biofuel trucks won’t make up for all that Jet ✈️ 🛩️ fuel!! 😂
The DHL jets also use biofuel (SAF). 80% less carbon emissions.
Incredible....
You did not mention the advance teams.

I think if you heard they are using bio gas which is greener than you think
By teleportation, how else.
WELL THERE NOT IN IT 4 THE BE
opps Money Goe's To Money
All this sustainable and green bullshit , if it’s that crucial than don’t race at all!! Or quit yakking about it

but yes definitely not environmentally friendly
F1 trying to pretend anything about it is environmentally friendly is embarrassingly hilarious
Dog and Pony Show at best!! 🙄 And, truly, that is fine with me. It’s Motorsport, not an environmental exhibition.
I agree. Just don’t try and pretend otherwise
You got that right
