Bill is the first person that I've seen on several of these yard transformation projects, yours and several other RUclipsrs, that has actually taken the initiative to lend a hand without being asked. Granted, you asked him to help with the camera, but seemingly without being prompted, he picked up a shovel, moved equipment, to help get things done. Based on this and his willingness to help do whatever is needed, hire him. But first help him get grounded with living arrangements.
