    Couldn't agree more with your video. I waited for your review but bit the bullet a few days ago. I transitioned from my v1's and I am already loving the flexibility and the light weight of this shoe. I feel more stable and locked in than my v1 when doing any type of heavy lifting. There is a more noticeable of cushion but not a substantial amount of reduced energy return.

    I also have Morton's toe- between the Nano 9 and these Inov-8 235v3, is there a comfort difference? Did you happen to notice if the toe box between the two is similar? I also have pretty flat feet with very little arch and I'm hoping that one of these shoes is easier on my feet compared to the last two pairs of Metcons that I've been training in. I really like your reviews and appreciate the accuracy of all the aspects of the products that you try out! Thanks!

    • @AMRAP
      @AMRAP  5 лет назад +1

      Both are great for my Mortons toe, spacious toe boxes for both. Nano 9 requires a little bit of break in but the arch is minimal. For the the 235v3s the arch is near non-existant and is comfortable from the get go.

    The white version is fire, don't know if I'd wear them to workout in though. Wonder how easily they would get black marks from mats?

      khaii13 this is funny because I just put them on, checked my phone and saw this comment. They’ve been great, a little outsole separation in the medial side from rope climbs but it hasn’t effected performance

    how dirty does the white get? i love the nobull shoes because the lighter colors dont get affected or dirty from dirty or equipment. anyone know about these inov8s white getting dirty? also, best shoes for lots of running too for crossfit?

    • @AMRAP
      @AMRAP  5 лет назад

      haha, I don't use my white in any chance I could get them dirty, they're knit/mesh so they should retain dirt a bit. For lots of running + crossfit I would just wear running shoes like Harmony Road 3's but for training shoes, FreeXmetcons

    A little suggestion. Maybe you can remove the laces on one shoe so we can see the inside. That's a review. 😁

  • @G.Bfit.93
    @G.Bfit.93 3 года назад +1

    So this is clearly not as good as the F-Lite 245's since those made the list not these. When is the review for that coming out? I'm guessing you want to use them a bit longer so you can account for durability. And yeah tbh that change away from zero drop is very saddening. Would be smart for them to return to that.

    • @AMRAP
      @AMRAP  3 года назад

      These made the list that year. I still think they’re some of the best training shoes of all time and better than 245s.
