Which shoes do u reccomend more for light running and light weightlift in the gym? These ones or inov-8 260 knit or UA hovr rise or reebok speed tr flexweave?.. i wanna buy the best versitle multi purpose option.
That's a tough one. A lot of their models fit slimmer naturally. In terms of width, the G 300 is wider than the other Inov's I've reviewed, but I don't think I'm comfortable recommending them solely for a wide feet need. - Jake
Kinda wished they had a hoop on the heel of the shoe. Oh well. Still seems good. Also, on a bit of a tangent, I thought you guys had a full video review of the Reebok Nano 8. However, I can’t seem to find it on your playlist.
Great review. But one quick note, it’s not the first cross training shoe to use Graphene. The Inov-8 F-Lite G 290’s were the first. They are the first cross training shoes to have a Graphene midsole though!
Performance wise, they're solid! The only tiny difference between the models is the 6mm to 4mm heel-to-toe offset, but it's not that noticeable, IMO. I actually favor this model for ballistic movements over the Nanos and put them neck and neck with the Metcons. - Jake
Tbh, they're all really solid. Nano feel best, Metcon are the "most" stable, and Inov-8 are best for plyos. But those are minor details, as they all perform really well. - Jake
@@Barbend I ended up buying the metcon 5s and the nano 9s. Recieved the Nanos first and loved them to wear around but once at the gym I felt way too much cushion made me feel as if I was leaning to much on my toes(squats). Went and bought the metcon and was a bit snug but felt lile I broke them in did some squats and made a huge difference on the "stability". Nanos are great if you're using as a cross trainer but I do more gym workouts occasional plyo but returning the Nanos(great for what they were made for). Thanks man.
Great review, thanks Jake!
Great review, but what is your leg doing?

Thanks for the review. Which of their models would you reccomend for flat wide feet?

@@Barbend Thanks very much for your response. I guess I'll just stick with the Nano 8 and 9.
Great question. I guess I keep looking.

Smh. Thanks for pointing that out. :) - Jake
It seems a good option for those seaking something else except Nanos and Metcons! How do they compare performance wise? Thanks

@@Barbend thanks! Keep up the awesome reviews!
Would this be a better deal at $67? I found some that are at that price point currently...
Damn that's cheap
how has the shoe held up?
These vs nano 9 vs metcon 5 for squats, deadlifts, and just regular lifting minor plyo?

How would you rate this for running?
7/10. Not great for longer runs. - Jake
