@@LivingAsLisha 3rd grade social studies to be exact. Kinda nervous about it.
Why? Social studies can be soooo fun to teach! You can do amazing things with it
@@LivingAsLisha well I recently learned that we don’t have a SS curriculum just a bunch of resources to pull from to make it fit for the standard. I’m hoping I find my groove once we go back 😊

Awww! It’s always exciting to start a new adventure at a new school. When do you go back?
@LivingAsLisha Since I am new I start July 24. All the other teachers start Aug 1. Students start Aug 12.
@@ITeachMiniArtist teachers go back July 25 in my district. We always start on Aug 1. Every year
@LivingAsLisha I am from GA I remember starting school at the beginning of Aug all the time lol. I have been in TX 5 years. When I started teaching was after the pandemic and the 20-22 they had us on a year round schedule where we went to school aug-june (to help students catch up). This is our first full summer!
