Nah! We what it with prejudice! This case is inherently broken and needs to be dismissed with prejudice. I’m honestly shocked that it hasn’t been. I practice in as a criminal defense attorney in Chicago, and I always thought we’d be known as the most corrupt city and state, but this case has easily put us in second place maybe third. GA earned 1st & 2nd place with this disgraceful case. I can say that this case would have been dismissed with prejudice, in Chicago, IL, maybe during the State’s opening, that’s how big of a deal burden shifting is, but definitely after an ex parte meeting with a sworn witness… but apparently three judges are cool with that type of behavior.

I have my baby son 27 years old in prison for life for a double murder he didn't do the guy who committed these crimes wrote an affidavit sign n notorized stated he didn't even know my son he just gave my sons ride but the lawyer my son had didn't produce it in trial and it was another guy the help unalive these people testify that my son was there n when asked where was my son he said he didn't know they didn't fine no DIN or fingerprints of my son n the father whom lived tell the courts that he would have remembered my son because of his statute which he stands 64 in height n the jury still found my son guilty
