I never seen going thru evidence n witnesses in the middle of a trial. This case has no beginning or end. Anyone else would’ve been fired from their job. What n the Judge Prosecutors n DA is going on in Georgia.
The state is using this to prepare their case with judges help. I hve never seen a trial conducted with the judge going over each piece of evidence being submitted by prosecution and telling them how to present it/in some cases arguing it to the defense for the prosecution. Very sad/outrageous
Isn't that because the judge wasn't the original judge who was assigned the case, and need to do this to avoid making mistakes when the jury is present 🥴
The state is battling to put this case together they've failed dismally I'm dismayed that this case is still not dismissed.

Where is the justice in Fulton County. Shannon Stillwell was sent to Rice Street jail and put near folks that would harm him after being released from the hospital. He was in frail condition. The "law" were hoping he would cooperate. Let everyone FREE at this point!

If you understand the roll of a judge, they have to quarter back the trial. Keep in mind that unless she set the guidelines or help clear up misunderstandings, the trial will go on forever. Keep in mind that the jury not in the room during this, so if the prosecutor or defense are not being clear on something, the judge have to be vocal to make sure everyone is on the same page 🥴

Judge need to make it clear when defense gets a win like she loudly announces it when the state gets a win. She even says over objection..... for the state. Shardt had to ask her what her ruling was cause she wasn't clear. She really didn't want to say it, she wanted it in. She is acting as if the defendants are already found guilty, which I think is what she believes. Steel is just waiting for his turn on cross and his case in chief. State has every reason to be afraid since all they have is insinuations, hearsay, speculation and their theory.
