Karate Kid, Daniel Larusso, risks losing it all when he places pride before principle in this dramatic film that reunites stars Ralph Macchio and Noriyuki "Pat" Morita. When Daniel (Macchio) decides not to compete in the upcoming karate championship, he becomes the target of vicious Cobra Kai student, Mike Barnes (Sean Kanan), who's determined to win the title back. Standing firm, Daniel's mentor and trainer, Mr. Miyagi (Morita), instructs him to ignore Mike's threats - and stay away from the tournament. But when Mike's relentless abuse escalates into blackmail, Daniel finds himself forced into competition - and at serious odds with Miyagi, the one person he cherishes most. Desperate, Daniel turns to another karate instructor, Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith), whose violent combat techniques are directly opposed to Miyagi's wise instruction. But when Daniel realizes that Terry and Mike are allied with Mr Miyagi's old nemesis, Kreese (Martin Kove), in an elaborate set-up for revenge, he also knows he has alienated the only person who can help him. A riveting story of independence, inner strength and self enlightenment, THE KARATE KID, Part III is a powerful new chapter in this popular series of films. - Кино
Mr Miyagi mocking Silver was hilarious🤣 and when they started laughing psychotically at the end I lost it 😂
I pissed myself laughing, the first time I saw this scene, I had to keep rewinding the video, because I wanted to rewatch it over and over again, it never gets old ...
My favorite part of this scene 😂
Wuah!
For me it was low key cool
Wauh!! Wauh! Wauh!!! ,(Hand mitions) lol
Daniel - "You can't make me Fight", Mr Silver - "You don't have to, you can just stand there and let him kick your Ass". 😂
Yeah that was funny and that made me laugh hard
Makes us no difference! 😂😂😂😂😂
Lol
Mr. Miyagi was hilarious after he beat kreese and silver "waa,..waa" LOL 🤣😂 I wish he would've gotten to do more scenes like that RIP pat morita
What was funny to me was when they get to the tournament at the end of the film Mike Barnes tell Daniel that his teacher's karate is crap. Well, Mr. Miyagi just beat up 3 guys. lol
@@vanmoody 30+ years later Chozen shows Mike it's not a joke.
Yep. As a Bruce Lee imitation, Terry Silva is terrible. And yes, I know Bruce Lee didn't do karate. Lee would have kicked Silva's behind and made him like it.
The fact that 60 year old Mr. Miyagi took out both young prime Kreese and Silver, at the same time, is insane. Even someone like Chozen struggled against Silver, yet Miyagi took them out easily. Just imagine how strong Mr. Miyagi was at his 20-30s. Dude's definitely the best fighter in the Karate Kid and Cobra Kai universe 💯
He carried the series even in Part 4 with the girl
They weren't young and prime! Both fought in Vietnam war which makes them 40-50
@@chrislouden7329they def were young during this time they are like 30
@@romellopearsey3924 My grandpa served in Vietnam, he was 48 in 1990. So both Kreese and Silver were middle-aged men
We can't know for sure except honestly I think Chozen is a way better fighter than Silver. Sure, he lost in a fight against him, except that was using deadly weapons, and maybe that shows that Silver has a lot of experience in that type of fighting 👀. I really hope to see Chozen a lot more in Season 6
Somehow, this scene never gets old.
I still can't comprehend Kreese and Silver's reaction AFTER getting their asses kicked? Literally just got smoked by Miyagi yet somehow are acting like they just won. F'n sh*heads 😂
It's because it's an ACTUAL martial arts scene, with heart, with a good story, performed, beautifully, by 3 stunt artists. Bruce Lee died for cinema like this.
I know what you mean. I wanna see more. I wanna see alot more.
@Dave S There is nothing more dangerous than (self-denial). They're both sick in the head
@@daves9355 = *YOU MUST BE YOUNG AS F*
Barnes was gonna kick the livin' chitttttttt outta Daniel in the Tournament. ALL 3 of them gave Daniel TORTURE throughout the movie and without his "awareness".
*UNTIL DANIEL LARUSSO PIONEERED THE MACARENA AND TORTURED ALL 3 BACK IN RETURN, AT THE TOURNAMENT* = You asked and I gave the FACTS
Kreese jumping out like the boogeyman will never fail to make me laugh 😂😂
And Daniel sounding like a startled 8yo kid!
It's ridiculous that Kresse would just stand there motionless in the dark behind his own cardboard so he can jump scare a teen. Total psycho 😆
One of the moments where the cardboard becomes the real thing
He tries to suffer his anxiety
@goduskychris Chris Godusky public urination. Serious crime
This whole movie is ridiculous.
@@robhill9336 in a good or bad way
I like that Terry Silver and Kreese are always having fun, very positive and laughing even after getting their ass kicked. They know how to be happy in life 😄
Because they've already seen shit and been through worse shit in vietnam
Yeah, that was funny.
Nah they ain't happy , they are just psychotic.
It was so funny to them to get beat up by a old war hero. 🤣 😅laugh now cry later . 😢
These old bums are an absolute joke
The actor who plays Terry is a legit martial artist
He did a bunch of cheesy action movies in the '90s.
You can tell by the technique of his kicks
He's expert in taekwondo. N dude who plays kreese blackbelt in karate. Can't remember style. Only two who weren't trained funnily enough was laruso n miyagi
He's also a great actor. He really acts like he can't fight 👍😉
@Jake Collins I think Ur forgetting how old Martin kove is. And he's also following a script. So judgement s can't be made by watching clips. He earned his blackbelt. So I'm giving him benefit of the doubt
2:28 Me watching Cobra Kai at 3am
-Netflix: you wanna see some more?
-Me: I wanna see a lot more...
Kreeses uncontrollable laughter is too hilarious. Nothing like todays Cobra Kai Kreese.
I love how these lunatics stand there, laughing at Mr. Miyagi, right after he just finished mopping the floor with them! Hell, the kid on the floor was the only one with an appropriate response to getting your ass kicked!
It’s a shame that Snake and Dennis weren’t here and also it’s a shame that Jessica wasn’t here either.
thats what i love about silver he dont care if he takes an L he just laughs it off and that makes the good guy lovers angry
@@tammykolu1242 it's quite common and realistic. You ridicule a guy and he shouts "tHat'S nOtHIng, I wiLl f ur moM!" as a typical loser wanting to have the last word. And Silver was a typical phycho bully. Besides, there would still be a match and he was confident he would be at the winning team, Mike being much better than Daniel, wiping the floor with him just a couple minutes ago.
@@jackdonith wiping the floor only reason he won was becuase silver wanted Barnes to get 1 point and lose 1 point until sudden death

Mr Silver - “See The Trail, I Think He Peed In His Pants”. I Pissed Myself With Laughter. 😂
You know Daniel totally sharted when Kreese jumped out behind the cut out
@@loribiancone5391 Absolutely hilarious, especially because Mr Silver told Daniel that Kreese had died.
Mr miyagi mocking Terry is hilarious
I love how Silver was such a clown that even for a couple seconds he still found humor and appreciation in Miyagi mocking him while covered in paint, haha…
Ever since Cobra Kai I appreciate this movie so much more than I ever have!
Say what you want about this movie but the lines.... "now will you train me?" .... "Ai. Now Miyagi train you" to a wee Scottish boy who worshipped this Franchise and those two characters.... Even now in adulthood. It gives me goosebumps.
When Myagi throws him back through the door, I'm sold. Always loved this
The actor was injured from that stunt, but insisted on doing it nonetheless.
I always loved that scene. Silver's plan was brilliant but not perfect, the look on Daniel's face when he find out about the scam is priceless. Kreese behind that cupboard if I was there I would have told him- Dude you are grown man. Why do you act like a pathetic child? Mr. Miyagi came just in time and the look on his face when he sees John Kreese- Why am I not surprised? Funny he did nothing to Barnes the wall did. And then Daniel deliver the most hilarious comeback line ever this scene is perfect.
@@Montana-tw7im Be my guest.
For me the entire movie built up to this scene, this is the climax. The tournament itself was not that entertaining to me.
@@Donderdrammelstrue, on the street Mike woulda destroyed Daniel, he did the whole movie anyway

3:34 “Waa, waa.” Oh, yeah. That’s intimidating.
It’s hard to believe thirty years later, Daniel and Silver stood in the silence of thousands of students, where Daniel (in Silver’s words in Season 4) “used the wisdom he’s learned” from the “Silver-haired King” to defeat him.
Not only that, Silver was sooo tired after fighting Chozen!
He wouldn't of beat him otherwise!
@@mikekaraoke he obviously did not lose because he was too tired to go on, he was simply outclassed in all the moves. In the tournaments (and I mean in the Karate Kid universe) people routinely fight matches back to back. Facing an opponent some minutes before means little. In fact this very scene shows how easy it is for someone to fight against 2 opponents, and then easily beat a third one.
@mikekaraoke exactly. Chozen did most of the damage. If Chozen played like his old dirty self, Terry would have been killed. However Chozen still gave Terry a good beating
4:11 - the best punch attack ever.
Yet still missed 😂
I'm loving Cobra Kai on Netflix 🔥🔥
There wouldn't be cobra Kai on Netflix, if it wasn't for the three karate kid films.

Probably the funniest scene from any movie i have EVER seen in life... and when Daniel says "yes he will, you won't" 😅😅😂😂😂😂

An silver hitting the glass transition from this scene and when Cobra kai Season 5 happened would be sick
Fumio Demura is a living legend and it’s absolutely believable that he would have wiped the floor with any of these three clowns.
can we just be amazed at how Kreese was the only character in the franchise to dodge an attack from Mr Miyagi?
Well he was the best fighter in cobra Kai so that should amount to something.
@@younglove3362and in prison. He became the Alpha in prison and everyone respected him
Now I can't stop imagining Kreese tip-toeing out from the front office to hide behind that cardboard cutout while Daniel and Silver are talking
Kreese and Silver's non stop laughing sound exactly like a pair of wild hyenas !.
The villains in the Karate Kid trilogy remind me of some from The Dark Knight trilogy. Sato is similar to Ra’s Ah Ghul trying to continue an ancient tradition but in a twisted way. Chozen is similar to Bane thinking he’s making his mentor proud but corrupting it even more than originally intended. Barns is the Scarecrow doing his bosses bidding but making it nothing personal. Kreese is Two-Face who was once honorable but got corrupted by his tragic backstory, and Silver is the Joker simply doing cruel things because he enjoys it while laughing manically
Sliver and kreese never laid one finger on Mr Miygai what a goat RIP
Mr. Miyagi just reminds me of Yoda. He is small but he allows opponents to attack first and uses it against them, his movements are slow but effective. Then speaks wise words.
His words were never wise. Because movements should be fast and not slow. Because a man can't fight, when you don't attack your opponent first.
GOAT comment! Well typed!
I disagree with you because Miyagi's actions matched his words. "I don't wanna fight but if we do, I'ma fuck you up." And Mr. Miyagi's movements are anything but "slow." @thefighter5182
Myagi mocking him is always hilarious.
“You see his face? See the trail? I think he peed in his pants”- Terry and Kreese are complete psychopaths. 😂😂
‘Come on lil man, let’s see how good you really are’, always loved that line haha
Their faces when Miyagi walks in are priceless

2:39 man mike went flying 😂😂
'I don't know what padded room you crawled out of silver or what twisted game you're playing but if you don't get off my property right now....' that quote adds power to this scene!
Seeing Daniel and Silver in the same scenes in this movie is kinda funny when you realise that Daniel's actor is actually older than Silver's actor lol
out of the three of them, the only one who cleaned up their act was mike barnes, sad really.
Silver actually cleaned his act too for a bit until Kreese lured him back in unfortunately.
@Jake Collins What's crazy was during the tournament the roles ended up switched for a bit with Kreese seeing the error of his ways and Silver being the obsessed one. Can you imagine if Kreese was like this in the beginning of the season while getitng Silver back in? They could have been a legit dojo without any cheating/breaking the rules but still keeping that same intensity. Silver would still go down the right path and both would have been fully focused on the students instead of partially using them as pawns to get revenge.
Ya, Barnes was just a kid getting paid ,he didn’t have any real reason to hate Daniel . The 2 adults were the ridiculous ones in this
@Jake Collins it was his lifelong loyalty to Kreese that made him give in, but when he got back his old demons surfaced
@@willn8664 even after he was lured in, at first silver wanted to go straight. No drama, no revenge, no vendettas. He wanted to train the kids to be winners the legit way. When Kreese kept pushing his buttons about the war, not liking Terrys new clean style of playing fair, his demons surfaced and he became a ticking time bomb… that exploded. The monster was reborn. His descent began in “ land mines” episode 0:29 of s4. I felt bad for him, but he became diabolical and it was great entertainment 👍
Best fight scene in movie history! ❤️😇🙏🎥🙌🖖
4:25 you can see him trying not to laugh lmao
Nice catch
Terrys laugh is freakin hilarious
2:40 be like when Jin Sakai arrives you know your screwed haha 😂
Miyagi kicks ass. His Karate is all efficient just simple short effective movements.
So two adults terrorized and assaulted a minor. That is so bad in so many ways!!
Notice that Mr Miyagi doesn't lose focus. He remains quiet and focused. Little things like that really makes you appreciate his character.
Loved Mike Barnes in Kk3 and even more so in Cobra Kai season 5, they MUST have more of the karates bad boy in season 6
That "wOaH" hits different.
I love how the actor who plays Terry Silver is trying not to laugh when Mr. Miyagi is standing in front of him, but it can easily be written off as part of the script! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
0:48 - The actor playing Silver is younger than the actor playing Daniel.
2:19 years later he does the crane to beat him
Silver wanted to laugh at himself when he got painted lmao
You can actually see the actor trying to suppress laughter when Miyagi (Pat Morita) does the “waaah” impression.
He almost broke his character lol
I love how Kreese never learns. He opens with the exact same attack that didn't work for him in the beginning of Part II. Miyagi's just like "Really, dude?" Only this time, he's not having any of it. No car windows for Kreese to bust himself up on, so Miyagi does it for him.
Yours is the first comment I've seen that acknowledges this fact. I, too, thought the same thing recently. It's one of many stupid details in this film. Yet not as stupid as writer Robert Mark Kamen's original idea for THE KARATE KID PART III.
*Robert Mark Kamen had originally wanted The Karate Kid Part III to be a prequel with the two main leads still involved. The original plot would have involved Daniel and Mr. Miyagi travelling to 16th century China in a dream and meeting Miyagi's ancestors.*
That would've been awful.
Such a huge karate kid fan forever
The “party time” with a bow was sooo 80’s
Mr.Miyagi ran through Barnes easily and he was suppose to be a bad ass lol.Silver and Kreese got same ass whooping treatment. The Mr.Miyaga swerves out the way, blocks punches and kicks, and makes you pay for it when you swing or throw a kick and miss.Thats uncanny and incredible. The old man knows his stuff.A good actor too.May you rest in peace Pat Morita.
You know that Pat Morita had a double in this movies?
@@Endru85x Really I didn't know that.

“Let’s see how good you really are” after he beat your friend in 10 seconds.
I will never understand how or why adults want to or choose to use hurt or destroy children just to get what they want from others.
this is my favorite scene of the whole movie🥰
Best cheer I ever heard in a cinema was this scene
Miyagi squaring off against the two of them starts to go into a crouch and is taking it seriously, but as soon as Kresse steps in and decides to fight him solo Miyagi straightens up and just looks down with contempt. Dude was facing an unknown and was ready to take it seriously not knowing how skilled this new opponent was, but then suddenly it's just Kresse. And Kresse isn't a threat.
I like how Kreese manages to be in all 3 Karate Kid movies.
Fun story. I met Barnes at Hollywood High scho back in 2012. His step kid had an altercation/ Bullying incident with another student, and we had to call in the parents for a mediation meeting. Barnes walked in and I immediately recognized him. After explaining the situation, he and his wife were extremely cool and down to earth . great memory.🤙
Silver in Cobra Kai season 4:
"I spent months terrorizing a teenager over a high school karate tournament! It sounds insane just talking about it."
In two sentences, he summed up the ludicrousness of KK3.
Even worse, they (the writers) blamed it on cocaine--lazy writing.
4:23 - and Mr. Miyagi knows how to troll his enemies 😂😂😂
Young Miyagi series seems like the most rational direction for the KK franchise after Cobra Kai ends... little is known about Miyagi's past
Siskel and Ebert, Chicago films critics, once discussed such a possibility. Amazing that a couple of critics had the idea, yet Hollywood never followed through.
"Im gonna open dojos all over the countey Miyagi!" - Terry
And he eventually manages to do that too.
Miyagi vs silver was probably one of Morita's most impressive fights visually. Unlike other actors who go super slow on him, Griffths is trying to kick him at full speed, even though obviously trying to miss. Morita has balls to stand in front of that
I love how Mike was looking at Mr. Miyagi seriously with his eyes wide open 😂😂😂
It looks like Daniel is watching and shuddering at how crazy he can see Terry Silver is.
Mike Barnes was immediately scared when Mr Miyagi came in
Mr. Miyagi literally has boss music play when he enters the dojo at 2:39
Totally love it that Miyagi kicks some ass against those psychos
Those guys were actually pretty funny 😂😂
Yes both actors are great too
"I"m not gonna fight you!"
"You don't have to, you can just stand there and let him KICK YOUR ASS" - LOLLLL savage 😆
(Miyagi enters the dojo) Kreese and Silver: Why do I hear Boss Music?
Watching Miyagi fight Silver is like watching Yoda fight the Dark Sith.
Basically, Yoda vs Count Dooku.
except that Mr. Miyagi won, Yoda failed
@@lorenzohugogomez6528 Well, its relative. Because even if Yoda failed in killed Dooku, he had the upperhand most of the duel, forcing Dooku to put in jeopardize the lives of Obi Wan and Anakin to escape from the old Master Jedi, leaving clear that Yoda was more skilled than Dooku in combat.
Adding that even if Mr. Miyagi kicked the ass of Terry Silver, this didn't stopped him from still continues with his plans in the all valley tournament. Without count his eventual return to Cobra Kai season 5, making that Miyagi failed in some degree to stop Terry Silver.
Even, if you analyzes it, while Yoda and Mr Miyagi failed in stopped Dooku and Terry Silver, one of their students will ends managing it, Anakin and Daniel Larusso.

Though that if we'll consider an equivalent for Darth Sidious, could be Kim Sun-Yung, the sensei of John Kreese and Terry Silver, as he was who trained them to be merciless in martial arts.
