    I'm happy for you showing us the problem you are having with the episode. My reason is, I had the same problem since Friday and it is still happening. I didn't know what to do. 😢 I ended losing $263.00

    • @baavproductions
      @baavproductions  3 года назад +1

      Damn that sucks, I am sorry to hear that because honestly I know how shitty it can feel. Whats the issue with yours? are the registration marks printed in the same exact location with all the designs? have you checked to line up the transparency to make sure they match? If all else fails try reprinting them again.

    Great video bro, keeping it real. Show us the good and the mistakes is how we all learn. Some will say Rookie but you are doing it and that all that matters. What was the issue with the registration marks ? Bad alignment on Adobe ? What size was that back image and what size squeegee did you use? Thanks for the video

    • @baavproductions
      @baavproductions  3 года назад +1

      I appreciate you, just trying to keep it as real as it gets. The registration marks must have miss printed through Adobe because I reprinted them and it worked out fine. the back image was 12x12 and I used a 14 inch squeegee because I try to have 1 inch on each side of the squeegee for buffer space!

    Not sure if you figured it out, but when you have emulsion going into the screen like that it usually means that you're under exposing your screens and you have unexposed emulsion washing out from the screen. I would add an extra 10 seconds to your exposure time.

    • @baavproductions
      @baavproductions  2 года назад

    • @baavproductions
      @baavproductions  2 года назад

      Whats up bro, doing custom neck tags is an extra fee. So, if they do pay to get that added service done then yes I send it with custom neck tags but if they don't then I just leave it as is.

    Good night, what software you use for separation of design. I know most people use photoshop but do it have any software that does the separate for you?

    • @baavproductions

      I use Illustrator. I am not too big on Photoshop and mainly just operate on Illustrator. There are definitely separation softwares out there that help make it easier but none that I have used or be able to give a recommendation unfortunately.

    how do you know what mesh count to use and how often do you the 156 mesh count?

    • @baavproductions
      @baavproductions  2 года назад +1

      Great question, the higher the details in the design the higher mesh count you use. Generally a 156 works good for me overall but when moire details come in to the equation I use higher mesh count. For example if there is tiny details like halftones I will jump to a 230-280 mesh count. When your printing just letters/shapes that are simple a lower mesh count like 110/156 works perfect. Hopefully this helps.

      AH that's rough. I remember those days and hey I still go through it as you saw in this video, but just keep fighting through it. Check to make sure you are not getting any movement in your screen bracket that holds the screens still when printing. You cannot have the screen move in between prints when it is laid flat if that makes sense?
