Yes he certainly was one of the Best, if not the best Bush Ballad writer Australia had ,bless him ,we are Lucky that his daughter Tracey is still carrying on with Stands work , Stan & Slim were the best & Great friends , their Ballads are left in good hands, regards Trevor.W.Bacelli.
