I like the 12 feeder but thought it cast 70 mtr. Also what size are the tips . I've had a super specialist rod around 20 yrs and love the rod but eyes on the tips are to small for shock leader's. Thanks.
Brought the 9/11ft multi feeder a few weeks back and although it is lovely to play fish on I have to say I’m not that impressed. For £150 it may not be the highest end rod but it’s certainly not a mid range priced rod, it doesn’t look or feel (to hold) like it’s worth the money. First up is the cheap rod back you get with it, for this kind of money you’d be expecting a zip sleeve of some kind. Secondly it looks cheap to me. The reel seat looks like it came off a £30 rod and the cork/Eva handle doesn’t look any different to most low end rods. I weighed up getting this rod against a Drennan Acolyte and i wish I’d gone with the drennan now.

Why not a longer topsection instead of putting a short peace inbetween for extra length?
