I don’t know man, I hate when people leave negative posts so I realize I’m being a troll when I say this but, 30 seconds into the video and I’m already skeptical this guy is a “steak master”. A chefs knife is literally the worst knife to use to trim fat and he’s wasting so much meat! All right, I’m a troll so go ahead and crush my comment below…

You can tell how aggressive a culture is by the way they handle meat. Some culture gently puts meat down while others throw it down. Think Japanese/Koran/Chinese/Thai

The grilled meat seems swallow but not chewable. Especially the Wagyu was tortured and ruined. I don't think this factory style meat cook is desirable. A tradition. I want to go and see there and honestly comment instead of from this video. Hope they recover from earthquake soon. Sorry for the losses.

別把組合牛想的哪麼糟糕!吃7~9分熟就沒問題了,日式漢堡排也是絞肉排還不是小孩子吃得很開心~高檔原肉食材給小孩子吃是吃不出差別的。食材就是食材食物就是食物別搞成超級加工食品對人體負擔就很少了
